The Crab Cracker - Seafood Boil

My husband and I really enjoyed this restaurant. We arrived right after they opened for the day, so I was empty. Our service was AMAZING. Everything tasted fresh and not full of grease. My Lime Margherita food not disappoint. And my husband's shrimp were the biggest I've ever eaten, the were full of flavor. I loved the wall art! They encourage customers to add decorations.

Great seafood boil and they’ve got solid options that make the total much cheaper than most other places. Usually clean and relatively quiet to enjoy the food and company.

The atmosphere was amazing for it to be a Saturday afternoon...The Seafood boil bags and Fried oysters were so tasty, my daughter fully ate her corn on the cob and potatoes. Thanks for listening. Definitely worth a try if you haven't been.

I came here Saturday with my family! We usually got to hook and reel! But this was closer to the mall.My boyfriend ordered a strawberry daiquiri it was absolutely disgusting very thick and sugary no liquor. I asked if she can add more or exchange the drink he pointed to the menu and said that I would have to pay. I declined. The food came out in a timely manner. The sauce it too buttery not enough flavor! They forget our eggs with the boil and bought them out 15 mins later. I will not go back

I came in after my family had ordered and received their food. I then ordered my food and paid separately. They then charged extra gratuity to my families bill and added an automatic tip to my bill for my presence at the table. Horrible way of doing business never going back

It had been a while since we had a seafood boil, and it lived up to the expectations! We all ordered our seafood with the “cracker sauce,” which was a delectable mix of their three sauce varieties. They have options for any spice level, from no spice to hot 🔥. I personally thought medium was ideal for someone who likes a kick. All the seafood was tender and fresh - we ordered crab, shrimp, and green mussels. The green mussels were especially yummy. Also, corn and potatoes are included for every pound of seafood you order, and the potato was fantastic when it soaked up the sauce. Additionally, we ordered the fried tilapia basket with Cajun fries, both of which were quite good. Our server was lovely, very helpful, and very friendly. Service was fast and we had fun wearing the crab bibs and gloves! Our meal was very reasonably priced for the amount of seafood we ordered. Make sure to stop here if you’re in the area!

Another night going to the Crab Cracker, and I absolutely LOVE the establishment every time! Service is excellent and the cracker sauce is just as good, if not better. Drew did a fabulous job today and I can’t wait to come back and see her for another seafood boil! 😊

2 shrimp broil bags...both have no flavor along with ordering mine with all 3 flavors on it. Just taste like eating boil shrimp 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ wasted money today....

I use to eat at this location pretty often the food is really good and its usually not ever too busy however the last 2 times ive noticed the service just taking a turn flr the worst. Waitresses not knowing whats on the menu and asking for items that are and saying they dont sale as simple as a special sauce. This last time will be it for me not only was the waitress inattentive to our table i was wrongfully accused of stealing a lobster tail out of my own boil!!! It was ridiculous! After having to get up to tell someone my item was missing from the bag it took 10 mins for the manager to even come and then had the nerve to say “most of the time its at the bottom of the bag” i didnt even order a huge boil this time so i know i checked thoroughly. Then when i told her i checked twice already and again in front of you she said to me that shes going to check with the cook because “people say they didnt get something when they do” and when i explained that I wouldnt get out pf my seat for something like that she ROLLED HE
R EYES AT ME and walked off!!!!! I couldnt believe it! Then again I can because racism is still a thing. I wont be back. I dont care how good the food is if you dont care for your customers properly my money does not belong here

Horrible service my food was incorrect and no one gave me a receipt for this an when i called back got no answer an they owner himself is very rude and made smart remarks about this HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED first I was told the young girl was the manager then a guy said he was just a bunch of mess food was over cooked crabs barely cracking shrimp hard and tough.

We’ve never eaten here until two days ago! Never again! The service was worse than terrible! The waitress brought the food, and got the last person’s food wrong. I’m sitting there thinking she had to go back to get mine because she couldn’t carry it all. Still sitting sitting sitting and one of the members of our group asked her where my food was, she left and came back, “what did you order? I was in such a hurry I forgot to add yours” that was ten minutes AFTER everyone else had their food! We asked how long it was going to be considering it took 45 minutes to get the first groups food (mind you there was only one other table in the entire restaurant) she assured us it was coming right up! Half an hour later my food finally comes and everyone else was done eating. The manager came and asked what I’d ordered and would be giving a discount. At that time everyone else wanted to go boxes and I asked for one as well so they wouldn’t have to wait for me to eat. Again no to go box but received our checks to pay. Asked again for boxes and she brought one! Had to ask again for more boxes and waited ten minutes! After looking at the check we were given a ONE DOLLAR discount! This places is ran horribly from the wait staff, the cooks and the manager! The food was not even good and the seasonings were piss poor
