Lack of meat sauce and professionalism. 2 stars because you guys forgot to pour on the one thing on the menu that says MUST HAVE! The meat hot sauce. The thing that makes a garbage plate a garbage plate. We walked several blocks after receiving our order and it was very disappointing sitting down and discovering that there was no meat sauce.
Y’all have a great concept. The garbage plate is amazing. But when we are your only customer at the window I expect the order to be correct and complete. The macaroni salad was very tasty and the home fries were cooked really well - but mac salad and home fries do not alone make a proper garbage plate. We also asked for condiments on the side and onions and those were omitted as well!!
I’m all for ripping cigs if you’ve got the time, smoke em if you got em, but not at the cost of being attentive to a paying customer. At $16-$20 a plate, please be more professional and pay closer attention to the people who are willing to exchange their money for your product.

As someone from Rochester this was a pleasant surprise to find while on an out of town trip. The trash plate lived up to the real authentic Rochester experience! As always fantastic food.
The philly cheese steak logs we so delicious we had to get more after the game , to die for .. the pasta salad was great not to much mayo and we also tried the BLT amazing .. I have zero complaints , the food was outstanding the people where fun and fast and the cost was decent..

Bad experience ordering food last night, which my wife made multiple attempts to contact the business at the time to resolve the issue. Naturally she followed up with a bad review on Facebook and other social media sites.
The owner of this business then responded to her with threatening and extremely rude messages. I guess this guy is fine not only running an awful business, but also with verbally attacking females online who have legitimate issues with how he operates his business.
Real class act here, can’t imagine this business lasts much longer with that kind of attitude.
