The coffee is really good I got a hot daily brew and a cold iced chai both perfect, we got burritos and I got home to find the sauce all over my burritos and spilled all over the bag, the sauces were just thrown on the top and they don’t have secure lids so they should’ve been on the bottom flat, the burrito was good but would’ve been better if it didn’t have sauce all over it soggy and it would’ve been nice to enjoy it with the sauce. A heads up that the sauces lids aren’t secure would’ve been nice.

Rude, rude, rude. This place is the unfriendliest place to have a cup of coffee. A popular place can get busy, I get it. But that's no excuse for being unwelcoming. I ordered an empanada the size slightly larger than a tortellini, that was $4. My friend also ordered an empanada, which was much larger. I inquired why mine was sizably smaller and was told that they used a different "fold". The attitude was sort of like, whatever do you want the empanada? I've got to get to my next customer. First of all, how do you charge someone the same amount for less food. This reminds of the Robert De Niro scene in the movie Casino where he required every blueberry muffin to have the exact same amount of blueberries. Secondly, the attitude and vibe is all wrong. Needless to say, I will never visit this establishment again. Back to friendlier water at Undercurrent.

I decided to give this place another try, hoping my first visit was just an off day. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve much. The coffee was overly acidic and had a burnt flavor, making it far from enjoyable. The matcha was incredibly disappointing—essentially tasteless, like drinking green-colored milk. The empanadas and pastry were mediocre at best, nothing memorable or worth recommending.
That said, the service was above average, and the staff were friendly and attentive, which was a bright spot in the visit. The general atmosphere inside was also pleasant and welcoming, but sadly, the quality of the food and drinks just didn’t match the ambiance. It’s a decent spot for the vibe, but the menu leaves much to be desired.

Popular place so lines can be long but staff knows how to move things along nicely. You can also order on-line to speed things up. All in all, the place has a really good vibe.
