The Hop Shop has a great, relaxed atmosphere and rotating menu of beers on draft as well as a wide selection of cold beers on sale from the fridges. The staff is always kind. We’d often take friends from out of town here for a chill evening. It’s dog friendly if you have well-behaved canine. Our nervous dog felt right at home here.

A place where you can be yourself, you can meet friends, and enjoy whatever style of beer and wine your heart desires. A rotating menu & selection that features a variety of styles, old & new, so there is always something for every one on draft or in the cooler.
Honestly, the real reason to go to the Hop Shop is the people. Between Jeff, Tam and the crew, they’re some of the best people around and will make any one feel like family (including your dog). Theres just something so special about it and makes you enjoy your time out in Plaza Midwood.
