My wife and I stopped for a cocktail prior to attending a concert on Sunday evening. Typically you find some of the best bartenders (mixologist) in the upper level hotels like the Ritz, and certainly do expect excellent beverages when spending $20+ for a martini. Unfortunately the two that were on Sunday evening lacked skills not only as bartenders, but also in customer services....and the martini’s were so bad we left them! We won’t be returning to this location, but still do enjoy several other Ritz Carlton locations, especially Kapalua....

low key elegant lounge in the lobby of the ritz Carlton. We went just for drinks and sat in the couch area. Friendly service, great playful craft cocktails, but not your average drink - rather pricey though. The first one I ordered was not my cup of tea and the waitress replaced it for me without blinking an eye. Highly recommend it.

The Lobby Lounge is a great place to get a drink, people watch and to get a bite to eat. The lounge can get a bit crowded during after work hours and weekend evenings. It's not unusual to see some the local luminaries - sports and business leaders - swing through. It's a great spot.

Good staff, thank you Andrea, excellent cocktails and nice sharing plates. The loung is comfortable and welcoming and a good place to spend time.

It's nice place to hang out with friends. It has got amazing starters and whole variety of drinks, though I must add that I am a teetotaler, but I enjoyed their cocktail. It's kind of large space but very crowded in the evening and it's advised that you check before barging in. Since it's right in the center of the city, it's much in demand.
