First time at Melting Pot and we had a wonderful time. The server did a great job explaining the menu. We ordered a 4-course plan for 2 which offered great variety. The food was tasty and fondue process made for a different but fun process. Very enjoyable experience.

Our server Jake was super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was awesome and a lot of it. It is definitely an experience plan on being there between two and a half to three hours. We got the four course dinner and it was on special. You start with a cheese fondue of your choice, then a salad of your choice, then a meet selection with vegetables of your choice, and then a chocolate fondue of your choice. It is truly a unique place. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the seating because the seats kind of sunk and were low. Not great for shorter people.

Celebrated my fiancee's birthday here. It was an excellent spot for an intimate date night dinner that was as much about the food as it was about the experience. The wait staff is very friendly and knowledgeable while not being obtrusive. The environment is exceptional: quiet, well lit while not to bright, and the high-back booths provide a great deal of privacy.
