At the CLT. Bar chairs are very uncomfortable and no foot rest on bar. Charging stations are not friendly for multiple charging blocks and located at every other seat. It was so uncomfortable I went to a table. Much more comfortable and much better service. Unfortunately no charging ports. Food was pretty good. I put four for service as my first part of the visit was at the bar and quality was not as good as at the table. Four for food because they were out a few things.

One of the oldest breweries. Nice and cool place to bed children friendly. Good collection of beers and hot wine and also the Christmas market that happens during

Great place. Went for the first time during the Christmas market and it was pretty cool. Amazingly spacious. Will definitely go back. Tried a brat and a light lager. Both were delicious! Definitely worth a stop by

We have been to OMB several times and we like going to their annual Christmas market but this year was strange. They did a strange buffet menu for many of their menu items which you had to get yourself and by the time you paid and got back to your table, the food was cold. In addition, the food was served on a paper plate with plastic utensils. This is a huge no-no in Germany. Shame on them for serving on paper. Very disappointing. Think we will visit the other German restaurant next time. Such a shame. Oh and the Gluehwein served at the market was barely luke warm- that's not how it is served- should be steaming like a cup of hot coffee.
Parking: Terrible! Good luck finding a spot!

Had the Reuben sandwich... Great flavor but a little stingy with the meat. Great beer!

This is a great place and typically has great service.
Unfortunately, our most recent visit was horrible. My wife and I went to the bar for lunch and as we sat down we asked the bartender "how is your day going?"... his flem infused answer was, "Not too good, I'm trying to shake something."
Gross. I don't need openly sick food service. We skipped lunch and departed.

Everything you want and nothing you don’t from a Biergarten and Brewery!
We hosted our welcome party here the night before our wedding and it was HIT! So much fun. Excellent service from all of the staff. The food was amazing, dare I say better than their regular menu. Would definitely recommend hosting an event here!

Incredible beers, amazing food. The sausages were all on point, the jumbo pretzel is literally 16" across, and the sauerkraut was the best I've ever had—this from someone who gets German food from every town he visits that has a German restaurant. If you're in CLT and you like German food & beer, do yourself a favor and go to OMB.
