Really enjoyed a visit to OMB at the Bowl with previous coworkers. We enjoyed the outside area and the band.

The inside bar was incredibly crowded. It took more than twenty minutes to get my first glass of wine. It was expensive, and the glass was 3/4 empty.

There was less of a line at the outside bar.

The outside ground is white rock. It was not comfortable and it would not be well suited for anyone with mobility challenges.

For me, it's definitely the atmosphere. Beer quality and variety are a close second. There are plenty of areas to hang out. Sort of a patio by the front entrance, two floors inside, and huge area outback. While it's fun any time of year, fall and winter are the best. Kid friendly. Location is another plus. If you're visiting, definitely put this one on your list.

Food, drinks, and service were all great — awesome vibes! I just have one request for the owners: would it be possible to add a softer, playground-grade surface around the log area? Our toddler fell climbing those logs (easy to do, a bit slick) and got a chin injury that needed stitches, and the wood chips didn’t offer much cushioning. Just something to consider for the safety of little ones!

Front desk girls were super nice and helpful....... Then --- hmmmmm.....The food and Service was just OK... The atmosphere was really cool.....However, oddly enough, they ask for a CC in advance of a sit-down meal SMH.... The Vibe has potential but it's like they don't trust the customers... We went to Octoberfest last night and were very impressed with how the event was organized. When we arrived, we assumed the wait would be over an hour because of the huge crowd, however we were seated in about 15 mins. They offered a variety of hot foods served outside, which gave ppl the choice of enjoying the outdoor event with items from the inside menu. The band interacted with the crowd and the German music kept everyone entertained. We usually visit OMB at least once a month because we enjoy the atmosphere, beers/food. With as busy as it was, our server Meghan was top notch. Great Job OMB on your Octoberfest event!!!👍

Always a great place to go food is consistently good, beer is solid, a lot of spots to spread out. Beer garden is massive. We always meet up here when we have a big crowd never a problem to find a spot in the beer garden.
Utilize the parking garage About a block away you get more time for your money.

Top and only true Biergarten in the Ballantyne area. Great staff always willing to work with you. Bar staff are knowledgeable on the various beers and will be able to match a German beer to your usual fare. If you enjoyed the original Biergarten in LoSo give Ballantyne a try you will not regret you having tried it out.

Great staff! Claire was so funny while we waited for our table, and our waitress Molly was wonderful. Everyone is so welcoming, making this a place I would definitely go back to!

Went for Oktoberfest this year with a group of 8. We were seated pretty quick which pleasantly surprised us. The food was delicious. Great fries, the Ruben had flavorful and tender meat. The beers were really good. Very decent restaurant. What impressed me the most was how organized the event was. They had everything planned out to make the event smooth and enjoyable. The staff knew what to do and where to be, the lines were never too long, the whole process was smooth. It was a warm and inviting space for families, dogs and friends.

If I could give Molly more than 5 stars, I would! She’s the kind of server who instantly makes you feel welcome and taken care of. Friendly, fast, and genuinely fun to talk to—she’s easily the best server I’ve ever had anywhere. OMB is lucky to have her. Highly recommend asking for Molly if you want the best experience!
