I spoke with someone I believe was the manager, and after explaining my concern, he assured me he would look into it and follow up. A few hours later, he reached back out, explained everything clearly, and cleared up any confusion I had. I was really satisfied with the fast response and the actions taken to handle my question. stopped in to try the hookah and pass time before a event. the male staff that answered the phone was polite but once we arrived the female staff ( short blonde hair and dark skin female with a bad wig) weren’t the nicest. if felt like we bothered them to come into the establishment they’ve chosen to work for. not one smile or any time of customer service. had to stand and wait to be addressed although we were the only people there. they smile/laugh more with their coworkers while smoking then the people spending money. didn’t try the food. good luck to your business.

They have food out back that you can order, but, I didn't partake. Service was great. The waitress was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was relaxed and then came the rust. It got packed! The music was jumping. DJ rockin'. Hookah lit. I'm not for the club type vibes but this was pretty chill. Get there late and you'll be waiting for a good seat. As one spot opens, its filled in a split second.

Yall better watch yall cards and tabs. I used my card and there and didnt add a tip because they already took gratuity, I look and my bank statement and realized some bartender added $5 tip to everytime i used my card. Now i gotta go raise hell smh
Had a blast. Hookah is amazing. Service is top notch. Rouda was such an amazing host for us and took such good care of us and was working the room. We loved the owner and will absolutely be back to this wonderful establishment. Thanks for an amazing night!!!! Thank you for Ab as well we appreciate your hospitality!!!! Love this place

Also I have to give a big shout out to the bartender Tiffany every single time I go in there she don’t miss. She personable, never has an attitude & Always get the drinks right.

I swear I walked in like “ ohhhh this reminds me of Harlem hookah” the dark skin short waiter might be the waiter from hell. She gets an attitude for an and everything. She’s the only reason I would never return because I been there 3x’s and I always get her and everyone literally everyone that gets her complains but she’s still working with people which she shouldn’t be.

The staff ugh lol the dark skin girl w the pixie is only attentive to the regulars. the new staff young girl w long curly hair , ain’t no better I got a hookah and repack and coal. I ask for one piece of coal she like I can only give you a repack. This why ya don’t get tipped bc girl what . I needed one piece bc ya gave me a giant hookah and not adequate amount of coal . If you did ya job I wouldn’t event be asking . Mind you she barely paid us any mind in her phone the whole damn time. Sadly the male staff if more attentive .

Didn’t order food but the owner, Ian, is the BEST! Didn’t love the doorman that was really quick to kick people out while we were just waiting on an Uber. He thought it was better we wait in the rain and was quick to express it didn’t need to be an emotional event while other people were still hanging out inside. It was definitely a different vibe from the owner who actually made us feel welcome like we were family. Hookah and drinks were legit. As long as you don’t stay closer to the end of the night, it’s a classy establishment with great music.
