I’ve only been to The Palace once, but it was a great first impression. They have good hookah, good drinks, and the music kept the vibe fun the whole night. Definitely a spot worth checking out.
I had a question about a transaction on my account and reached out to The Palace. I spoke with someone I believe was the manager, and after explaining my concern, he assured me he would look into it and follow up. A few hours later, he reached back out, explained everything clearly, and cleared up any confusion I had. I was really satisfied with the fast response and the actions taken to handle my question. Very professional service!
They have food out back that you can order, but, I didn't partake.
Service was great. The waitress was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was relaxed and then came the rust. It got packed! The music was jumping. DJ rockin'. Hookah lit. I'm not for the club type vibes but this was pretty chill. Get there late and you'll be waiting for a good seat. As one spot opens, its filled in a split second.
