We had a great experience again. This was our second time here and our waitress Denitsa was fantastic, we had her last time and she was great then too. Excellent food and we went with everything Denitsa recommended and she was spot on. Will definitely be coming back here!

We were early diners (6:30) but everything was excellent. Shelly did a great job - just attentive enough.

We had not been in years and it was one of the best dining experiences ever. Service was top notch and the food was amazing. Cannot wait to make this a regular rotation. Best steaks ever and cooked to perfection.

Joey and his team were great as always. The Bronzino was spectacular. Great food, great service, and great ambiance!

Food was excellent and our server was even better. Such a great place for lunch. Relaxing and not rushed. We both had the bunless burger with fries and it was awesome. Will definitely be back.

Great service and lovely experience. Our salads were so fresh and flavorful. Recommend for a quiet welcoming place to have great food, meticulous service and conversation.

Parking: Park in the designated area marked by signage. Front and back space.

I knew I liked this place for a reason. Got the history of the NY inspired decor from our awesome waitress Michelle. Such a pleasure. Great environment, food. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!! Valet or park yourself.

Top notch service... Celine & CJ were excellent. Food was fantastic, one of the most perfectly cooked ribeyes I've ever had, and the Oysters Rockefeller is an absolute must! I highly recommend The Palm ?!!

Awesome meal last night at the Palm in Charlotte. My husband and I split the 12 oz filet,au gratin potatoes and mushrooms. Everything was excellent and we had impeccable service from Tony. We live out of town and had not been in awhile. It now is on top of our list of Charlotte restaurants when we visit.

The Palm is hands down the absolute BEST place to go for all celebrations, as well as everyday treats! Joey and his staff are always ready and eager to make sure everything is perfect, and that the customer is treated like royalty - and family - all at the same time! The food is unbeatable, the atmosphere is laid back and classy, and the service is impeccable! We have been going to the Palm for 28 years, and consider it our favorite restaurant in the world!
