The Veal Chop Parmigiana 14 oz was outstanding and David is the Best Server Ever! Make sure to ask for him!

I had an outstanding experience at Palm Charlotte! The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly valued throughout the evening. The shared lobster dinner was absolutely amazing; the lobster tail was cracked open right at our table, which added a nice personal touch and made the meal even more enjoyable. The full-course meal was fantastic, and the dessert was a real highlight—a huge, delicious carrot cake that was the perfect finishing touch. The Caesar salad was fresh and flavorful, complementing the meal perfectly. Drinks-wise, the Marguerite, Old-Fashioned, and cocktails were all really well-crafted—they tasted fantastic and added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Everything from the food to the drinks and service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Palm Charlotte for a special night out!

Had a reservation, waited cloe to 25 minutes to get seated. (it is Queen's Feast Week so not hugely surprising) I noted in the reservation that we were celebrating my husband's 65th birthday. Server was kind, service very slow at every stage(drinks, to appetizer to main course etc) but we settled in. my husband and daughters enjoyed the fresh oysters once we received but had to ask for the proper forks and side plates to eat them. The wedge salad was perfect. Once we finally received our entrees, two of steaks were not cooked enough(mostly rare instead of med well) and my husbands's side fries were luke warm. We eventually got our steaks back and having ordered one of the meals from their special meal were waiting for the dessert and the festive birthday song for my husband. We received neither, despite having seeing two other tables celebrated by the staff for their birthdays? I had my card out for payment (just because we sitting for a lenghty period of time and the server dropped the check at our table and moved on without asking if we needed anything else ( coffee, dessert, birthday celebration:(. I was a server for a good while in my past and get the days can be long and busy but hard to give a pass when we came her for a special celebration. We have had great experiences with The Palm in the past but this was mediocre at best.

Although a bit crowded and about a 30 minute wait past our reservation time to be seated, the service was excellent. Amber was amazing and went over and beyond as a server.

Noise was quite loud due to Queens Feast. Ordered off regular menu and food was good. Large portions. Good cocktails. Service was wonderful.

The location is great, restaurant had a historic vibe and feel to it. The management staff and my server Lora was amazing. The food was top tier as well as the drinks. I would definitely return to this location.

We whent for my dad’s birthday dinner and had the best time ever! The food was amazing and so was the birthday cheese cake they brought. And our server Shelly was incredible!

Alloy Wealth Management recently hosted a Retirement Dinner at The Palm, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The atmosphere was elegant yet warm — perfect for any occasion.

The food was incredible — every course was beautifully presented and delicious. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.

We’re so grateful to The Palm for helping us create the best events and experience's for our attendees. We will absolutely be back for future events and highly recommend them for anyone!

Kind of a business lunch with a financial advisor. Wonderful service and good food, pleasant ambiance. Love this place.

From the moment we arrived, The Palm lived up to the buzz—and then some. Nestled in the posh heart of SouthPark, this iconic upscale steakhouse exudes polished elegance and Manhattan-worthy charm. It’s giving classic New York Italian steakhouse, but dipped in Southern hospitality and luxury.

We kicked things off with a trio of apps that absolutely delivered:
✨ Crab Cakes – golden perfection on the outside, rich and moist inside with chunks of real crab—no filler nonsense here.
✨ House Meatball – tender, slow-simmered in a velvety marinara that tasted straight outta Nonna’s kitchen in Naples.
✨ Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail – chilled to the perfect bite, paired with a zesty cocktail sauce that had a clean horseradish snap.

🍽️ For mains, the flavors were straight fire:
🔥 Chicken Parm – a crispy cutlet blanketed in molten mozzarella and tangy sauce, no shortcuts, just layered, well-seasoned comfort on a plate.
🔥 12oz Cajun Filet Mignon (medium rare) – flawless sear, juicy center, and that kick of Cajun heat that lingers just right. This steak spoke.
🔥 Chilean Sea Bass – buttery, delicate, kissed with a glaze that balanced sweetness with umami. It practically melted on the fork.

🥃 The Old Fashioned Manhattan was a stunner. Strong but balanced, luxardo cherry floating like a crown jewel, stirred—not shaken—to slow perfection. The kind of cocktail that commands your attention and rewards your patience.

🎯 Service was top-tier. The staff? Polished, efficient, attentive—but never intrusive. Valet ran smoothly, and there’s clearly a rhythm to how this place operates. They know their clientele, and they deliver on every detail.

👠 Vibe check? Sophisticated, energetic, and full of that refined buzz you only find in restaurants where everyone knows they’re somewhere special. Smart casual to business casual attire, and trust me—you’ll want to dress the part.

The Palm is more than just a steakhouse—it’s an experience. And in a city like Charlotte, it’s the kind of place that leaves an impression long after dessert. Already looking forward to my next visit.

This is the last time this was their last chance and wow. I got the crab cake didn't taste quite right didn't say anything they didn't even why I didn't eat it she had packed it up then I come to open it up to take a picture to throw it in the trash and they have a whole new one in there why is that that doesn't make any sense unless they knew it was bad so I threw this one away too I have a heart condition and last night throwing up everything else and I know it was food poisoning because I hadn't had anything else to eat all day I went there by myself alone on the 4th to have a really nice meal and just like when I went back in November where they put so much salt on my steak I couldn't eat it so they said they were cooking another they brought it out I flipped it over I had the same cut on it where I cut the top of it when they took it back from the one little bite I had and then I was just disgusted I don't care if they went and rinsed it off but to tell me they got me a new steak it's just ridiculous. Throw about $300 in the trash $150 last night and I'm done I've been going there since they opened the potatoes were so hard in the casserole they were crunchy and tasted terrible I don't even know what potatoes they use they were terrible they were not cooked. I just don't understand what have things come to that you go to a restaurant like that and have things like this happen. I've learned my lesson I Won't Go Back I'd like my $300 back. I've been sick all night and half of today I'm just finally starting to feel better. I should have known better there was nobody there. But I thought because it was the Palm they would care enough to throw out old crab.

Wonderful experience. The bartender, Hanna, was phenomenal across the board. Very knowledgeable about the menu and delivered terrific service from the initial greet to my step out the door. Food was unique and delicious. I will absolutely be back as it could not have been better for a quick mid day bite. Thanks again Hanna!

I just had lunch. The shrimp cocktail was A M A Z I N G! Gabriella was my server and was wonderful.

We were promptly seated for our 4:30 reservation. It took as a while to decided on our food; nonetheless, when it arrived it was hot and very tasty. Dessert was amazing- key lime pie and carrot cake shared. We have a meal and dessert to take home. We had a wonderful experience.

I booked this reservation for a father's day lunch. The website shows a lunch menu with more lunch type options and when I asked I was told there is no such menu and was dismissed by the server. I would not have chosen the Palm for a heavy steak meal at lunch and was uncomfortable have brought my boyfriends parents who were expecting something else. The server was not super engaged and missed things like silverware and food timing.. but having said that, the food was excellent. Please up your service game - thank you :)
