The atmosphere was great, they had some spade games going. Hookah was nice. The only downside is service was horrible. We sat at the bar and had to flag someone down to get service each time we wanted more drinks. No one came to check on us and when we did get the bartenders attention they were rude. The bar was not packed. Two guys were standing behind us while we were sitting at the bar so I told them they may get better service by going to the other end of the bar…and my theory was right. Bartenders (about 4 of them) had no customer service. The only people that were pleasant was security and the girl who brings the hookah

I’m seriously not one to leave reviews but I’m very disappointed in my experience. I’ve been a couple times and never had an issue, but to come there and sit at the bar and had to flag down the bartender almost every time while I see her in the back doing hookah and I’m a patient person and it wasn’t busy at all. When I asked for my bill I didn’t get a print out or to see it just the total for me to Apple Pay or swipe. I didn’t argue and paid it and printed the receipt to see an 15% gratuity already added. Mind you I literally had a $20 bill in my hand to tip even though I was very unsatisfied with the service. If that’s policy for an automatic gratuity just sitting at the bar ok that would have been fine but with no communication and my cash tip would have been higher than the auto grat. Can I at least get decent service for an auto gratuity, I was not needy nor rude or even did hookah. I am always respectful and waited until she came to me despite how long she took. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

This establishment was right across from our hotel room. My Husband and I walked over and enjoyed a drink and hookah! The vibes was chill. Security is there to protect and it’s spacious. I enjoyed myself.

Not really a top Hookah spot. Service took a while and the couches were old and not very comfortable. Additionally wasn't the most welcoming environment (poor lighting, not a well ventilated spot). All that I can put aside if the hookah is good but really was not a high quality tobacco despite paying that type of price. I'd say its worth exploring other places until management spends time and effort to improving this place

Great atmosphere. Very chill. Cozy but open! The layout was well thought out. Music was great. It wasn’t a busy night but the vibe was relaxing. I came in alone and was a bit nervous. But the server Jonathan was so kind and knowledgeable. drinks very delicious and affordable. I came on a Monday with half price hookahs. I’ll def be back
