Really great option for some afternoon BBQ. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Food was served faster than we’ve ever gotten from a BBQ truck setup. It’s grab and go so nowhere to sit and eat. The sides were good but not great which is better than some BBQ places. The brisket and beef ribs were good as well. Wouldn’t recommend the salmon (really dry and charred).
My wife and I here came y the Sunday event day and enjoyed the food truck allot. My wife got the 1/4 chicken which was moist and tasted great. I got the turkey leg off the bone with sauce which was great as well. The potato salad was great and we were able to secure a wonderful desert by one of the vendors next to the food truck. I know allot of people complain against the price, but to me it seems right in line with the food quality and the cost of doing business. We will definitely...
1st time going and really enjoyed it. Will be returning this weekend. Had the beef ribs and the chicken wings. Fall off the bone is all I can say. Everything I had was really good and had a chance to meet the chef. Solid brother and very good food. If you haven't been out there you're missing out.
