Late in writing this review - but wanted to share. Dan and his team catered our wedding rehearsal dinner Fall 2021. From the tasting to the actual event they were accommodating, personal, and so kind. With delicious food to boot! Invaluable to have this kind of vendor when you’re already juggling a lot of plates planning a wedding/event.

Great, flavorful meats - smokey with a touch of heat & greens - peppery with a snap & nice deep profile. Value savings & don't pass up the jalapeno deviled eggs! We have been multiple times and recommend getting it into your rotation.
Parking: spots in front of the restaurant and around the corner.

Smoked wings, fried okra, Mac n cheese really delicious. Seems that a lot of the menu items were full of spice (a little too much spice, but could be matter of preference, especially the rub on the turkey). Pulled pork with more fatty pieces then preferred.

OMG, I'm not a rib guy but my friend told me I had to try the ribs at the Que shack. I am so glad I listened! They were delicious!!! I also enjoy a good sweet barbecue sauce, but I didn't even use it. They were just that tasty without it. Next time I'm in Matthews, and I will be back, I'm bringing the whole family!

Best Bar B Cue around Charlotte. Properly rubbed and smoked. Brisket is absolutely delicious and has a crust that's perfection. Family pack will feed your family of 4 with leftovers. All of the side are fresh and flavorful. Wings you should get them as they are smoked and fried and sauced. Don't forget the jalapeño eggs. I buy them 10 at a time and they don't make it to dinner time.
They have provided food for many of my parties. Dine in. Take out. Doesn't matter just get there and be in Bar B Cue heaven.
Brunswick stew was predominately mixed meats stew, no tomatoes very brothy not cooked down unrecognizable as a Brunswick stew which is predominately chicken meat.French Fries were way too salty not fresh.Hush puppies were pre cooked or leftSitting, not hot and fresh.Pork BBQ was somewhat dry.Hard to eat the meals.Prior visits BBQ was moist and tasty.
