The place itself I would give 0 stars. $550 for 2 hours of drinking for 5 people. The fact that they hit you with a 20% tip before you can even see the receipt… so you tip them not knowing you are double tipping, then a 3% card charge. I think this is something everyone should know before tipping. Why only 2hrs?? After sitting at the table for 2 hours you find out another group is sharing the table, then the staff tell us the group that showed up 2hrs after us wanted to sit on the side we were sitting at, so we needed to move?? People don’t mind sharing, but letting people pick where they want to sit hours after others are already sitting there is wrong.

I ordered a drink and the bartender gave me an attitude and was nasty so I gave her zero tip. 2 minutes later she had security drag me out of the place. Unbelievable. It’s the heavier set bartender btw

This was my 1st time at the Rose Honky Tonk and it wasn't anything to write home about. The atmosphere was good but the drinks are very overpriced and served by bartenders who were more concerned with their phones than serving customers.

The atmosphere was good with the band playing on Saturday night, but the selection of beer is less than desirable. When I went to get drinks, the bartenders were all on their phones and could have cared less about serving a drink. I tapped my card to pay and stood there since nothing happened as the bartender went back to chatting it up with the others, and she came back and said o sorry and finished the transaction. There are many bars in the area, and continue to treat customers like this, and you'll end up failing as others have in the past.

Im not one to typically write reviews but the authority complex lots of managers and bouncers have is getting out of hand. I went out for drinks here last night and a manager (im assuming) came to pass me and my friends so I pressed my front as far against the railing to get out the way. As he passes me he proceeds to shove me on the railing and say “move” even though i literally had no where else to go. When he comes back he does the exact same thing. I turned around and he asked me “whats your problem?” (i was literally just standing there?!) so i said you keep pushing me into the railing then he goes “you’re out” then pushes me down the stairs. I thankfully didn’t fall but I am very uneasy with the way he put his hands on me and when I tried to defend myself I got kicked out. Do better.

Last night I got a table for my friend’s bachelorette party. We got a full section so there was plenty of room and with that we had our own server and security person. Our server Victoria was making sure the drinks were flowing. But Nate was the real star of the show. He made sure everyone felt like they could really enjoy the whole experience. Any weirdos trying to weasel their way into our section was swiftly escorted back out because Nate was on it. 10/10 would come back.
