I used to eat at this restaurant frequently, but lately the quality of the food and the service have been declining. Last night 11.13.2024 was the worst, the waitress was terrible, no clue about the mockingly attitude. I asked for mozzarella sticks as appetizers and she never brought them, her answer I forgot. She came with the pizza and chicken fingers put all almost over me instead each person, and after that she continues joking with other clients and not even paying attention if we need something else like water or napkins that I ended asking another server. Now the food, extremely disappointed, the pizza was so grassy that you can drain all that oil, the chicken fingers too dry hard for kids to eat, the chicken kid meal came EXTREMELY hot that kids almost burned themselves. No warning from the waitress. The fries and sweet potatoes fries taste too oily, and it looks they were fried and re-fried, bad taste. It's a shame since I used to love to eat here, but I do not think we will come back, this is the 3er time and it is getting worst. I hope the business do a review and improve.

We enjoyed our dinner. Entree salads were fresh and had a nice amount of chicken. Pasta with blackened chicken had a lot of flavor. Decent prices. Good service. Relaxed local, neighborhood restaurant. We will be back.
My take out order for pizza was exceptional. The food is always great quality and taste magnificent.
Vegetarian options: Greek pizza, Greek salad, lasagna and meatballs are out of this world!

Decent spot for lunch. The pizzas are fine but I think the sandwiches are the better option. The Italian meatball sub was one of the better ones I’ve had in CLT.
Rusty Onion is one the best places in Charlotte. Wonderful staff, delicious food and excellent atmosphere. Chicken Parm is fabulous! Pizzas and salads are good too.

Ordered a small 10” pizza with 3 toppings and an order of bacon cheese fries, was pricey at $38, of which I don’t mind paying for good food, pizza crust was charred and fries were soggy, and not from the cheese, turn up the heat on your deep fryer. Place in itself is charming, for the money, my food wasn’t worth the cost

D : we arrived on a Monday around 230pm and ordered a house margarita, fries, 6 wings, and mozz sticks. The place was loud so we sat outside. My margarita was 8.50 but was a mix. It was overly sweet and just not good. I don't trust anyone that uses margarita mix. So no further drinks for me. The wings were over cooked and heavily coated in the lemon pepper seasoning you buy from a grocery store...the one that's way to salty. The mozz sticks were wet on the inside as if they used frozen cheese or it was wet and they didn't dry them before coating them, I'm sure it's the former. The service was okay nothing great. We wouldn't go back even to try the pizza. If your apps sucks your food is gonna suck. I was disappointed in everything.
