I had came to Suffolk for margarita fest, and it was so packed!! But Maddie, who was running drinks out in this heat brought them quick, and was on top of it. Will be returning for how quick and easy the service was!!
Great atmosphere! Huge variety of beers and cocktails ! AND … Maddie made our trip in even better. She was wonderful and sooooo friendly ! Thanks for the suggestions and outstanding service ! We will be back !
while friendly, the service - specifically our server and the manager(s) walking around - was notably inattentive. my order was messed up, and it wasn’t until my table was well into their meals that we were able to get the waiter’s attention and return it (~15 minutes) as he did not check on us after it was served by other staff. it was also not comped/discounted, and i could only see after having already paid because i didn’t get a receipt. furthermore, as we finished waters...
