Do better Charlotte. Munich flight arrived 45 minutes ago and there are hundreds still waiting for luggage. We had our checked bags in Rome in less than 15 minutes at the beginning of our trip. Do better.
Delayed over needing a piece of paper. Had to wait over an hour in a plane for someone to walk it to us. Worst airport.
