I've tried so many things here since finding them on IG. I believe I read that the owner is the former executive chef of Amelie's. They're located at several of the farmers markets around the city at different times of the year, check the IG page. We have been customers of the Thoughtful baking company for a year now, we have tried over 20 different items. Every item is just as delicious as the previous one. To summarize, you will not regret your purchase from this company. Everything that chef Mary touches turns to magic! We have never had any mediocre dishes. Everything has truly been well executed. OMG the prosciutto & Cheddar Buttermilk Quiche was to die for on a nice chilly morning! The crust was perfectly crunchy and buttery. The quiche was cheesy, creamy deliciousness. I will be trying the other ones. the Maple blondie… should be a line for that! You have a gift!
