Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

I’m new to Charlotte and been trying different spots. Today my family and I had a sweet tooth so we decided to order cookies. We ordered the chocolate chip cookie and chocolate chip pecan cookies. These are the best cookies I’ve had in a very long time. Real simple homemade granny recipe cookies. Warm, soft and delicious. Will definitely be ordering again 🥰

had a voucher for free chocolate chip cookie but i couldn't make it and they wouldn't give a replacement coupon or accept the expire coupon. I even tried to place an online order for the single cookie it wouldn't allow me to and ask me to go into the shop to order it

Went by last night at 9:15 and it was closed. If you changed your hours. Fix it on google so people don’t waste their time driving and finding parking

Omg this place is heaven sent 😍 I placed an order through Doordash while they had a sale going on and I am so glad I had a sweet craving today! I ordered Tiffs variety 1 dozen which consisted of chocolate chip, double chocolate, oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodle and m&m. These cookies were crafted to perfection with the nice slight sweet and decadent balance. Im not sure if they were warmed before departing the store but they arrived warm and were ooey gooey delicious 😋 I cant wait to finish the box! Haha

I haven’t ordered here in a while because I moved at least 40 minutes away. Was in the area and decided to place an order online. This was on a Wednesday. Was sent a text message after placing my online order advising me to just click the link was I arrive for curbside pickup. However, once I clicked the link that was provided, a message displayed that they weren’t able to provide me with curbside pickup.

Of course, the box is always so neatly arranged with blue ribbon so I didn’t open the cookies until I arrived home. The cookies were not the deliciously warm, soft melt in your mouth cookies that I have once known. They weren’t good at all. The snickerdoodle used to be my absolute favorite. It was unpleasantly thick, dry, and didn’t appear fresh. This was my first time trying the blueberry muffin cookie and it was extremely dry on texture and didn’t appear fresh either. I wasn’t a fan of any of the cookies and honestly couldn’t eat them. They were tossed in the garbage.

Excellent product. They are delicious gourmet cookies. And I couldn't believe the cookies were delivered while still warm. I will definitely buy again. Especially, when they offer another generous promotional discount. Good Job Tiff's Treats!

Unbelievable customer service! I had to change a delivery and Alex took care of the change in time. I have used Tiff’s Treats for years as gifts and have never been disappointed with the ease of ordering, quality of the cookies, pricing and customer service.

Ordered from Tiff’s Treats for the first time, and I was seriously impressed. The cookies arrived warm, soft, and packed with flavor—just how cookies should be. You can tell they use quality ingredients because they was BANGING!!!!!

Ordered through Too Good To Go app. Parking was an unusual nightmare. Got home and had 12 cookies in the bag for $9.00+ and 9 of the 12 cookies are traditional chocolate chip cookies, which are nothing to write home about. Cookies were hard and tasted like burnt butter.

Good cookies. Prefer the chocolate chip walnut. Warm with a glass of milk hard to beat!

Good idea, awful execution. Both cookies and ice cream quality are subpar. Ice cream is not cream, is artificially flavored and all sugar. Cookies are overdry and nothing but sugar in them. Safe yourself some money and get your favorite cookies from the grocery store along with good quality ice cream and diy.

This place is very slow. Came here to pick a order up. 15 min wait. But the staff is have the best conversation that I hear all their business. What happened to keeping the voices to a whisper while customers are in store. Than the young lady tried to come out to explain why it took so long. The order should've been started. But their conversation was more important. I can't say anything bad about the treats because I didn't eat anything from them. I was there to pick up an order. But from just the experience of wait time and the rude young lady I won't spend a dime to try to see if the place has good treats.
