We had our first experience with Tiny Biscuit when visiting OpenTap on Carmel Rd., and it was AMAZING! I really wish I’d taken photos, but my wife and I were so hungry, we started eating immediately. She had the Salmon Burger, while I had the Smashbueger and Baked Gouda Mac & Cheese. DE-LISH! Highly recommended.

Tiny Biscuit is a must-try! The BBQ Smash sliders were juicy, cheesy, and full of flavor, and the wings were perfectly crispy with amazing sauce. Fresh, hot, and made with care — I’ll definitely be back!

The incredible ladies holding down the Tiny Biscuit station at Open Tap did a fantastic job! After a 12-hour journey to Charlotte today, my boyfriend and I were beyond thrilled with our meal… our bellies couldn’t be happier. The food was so delicious that we even decided to take something extra to go! Highly recommend stopping by this food truck if you want a truly satisfying experience!

Slow, rude, expensive. Not a real biscuit. Can’t handle a crowd. Do not book if you want to feed more than 30 people hour wait just for mediocre food. Was yelled at by 2 employees while picking up food I prepaid for online. Horrible customer service. Bad manager. They should have put an order hold to not get too overwhelmed. They need more experience with customer service and a bigger truck.
Edit: I’m very impressed at the response time to the post, (quicker than I got my food) I appreciate that the owner takes their time to look over reviews and give meaningful replies. As yall stand by the food being fresh and made to order I will stand by what I’ve said. (Other than the McDonald’s comment, that was kinda mean) the breading on the chicken fingers was delicious. Review has been increased to reflect the response.

Met them @ OpenTap. I got the What The Cluck and Loaded Sweet Potato fries and goodness……12 out of 10!!! Tiny Biscuit indeed has quality and phenomenal flavor on their foods, the staff is very nice and friendly, knows their stuff and trust me, you definitely will not be disappointed. Ordered the salmon burger. Line was extremely long which was no problem because we were at an event but it took me an hour to get my food after I ordered it. Once I got my food it was horrible. No seasoning no flavor just bland. Spent $30+ and was still hungry. Won’t be back.
The best chicken and waffles I’ve EVER had.. PERIOD!! My husband doesn’t even eat waffles or anything sweet like that but he tore it up! Those chicken wings are the best ever!

I love their loaded Brussels Sprouts, sweet, spicy, crunchy, loaded with lots of stuff. My kids like their chicken tenders because “they are nice and crisp, and soft on the inside” :) Their wings are always a good choice too!
