My husband is not a fan of salmon but ordered it for me and we shared it…he is now a salmon lover because Tiny Biscuit!! So yummy!! Words can not describe the sauce they put on it!! 10/10!!!

Great food. Had a chance to try them Friday at the The River Room , McAdenville NC. The Chicken biscuit and chicken Tenders were GREAT. Crispy outside, tender, and moist inside. They can really DRESS-UP SOME BRUSSELS SPROUTS too. I'm not sure of everything in the "Loaded" sprouts but they were so good. A nice sized portion too.

Normally I love the soul food egg rolls. They went from 4.00-7.00 which is ridiculous. The macaroni and cheese had no cheese what so ever they cut them and in half to place cheese on them which was burnt and nasty my sauce was not closed spilled all in the box 40 mins it should have been way better

This food truck was at The Armored Cow on a Saturday night. I cannot emphasize enough how truly excellent everything was!! We had the flounder fish and chips which was incredibly fresh, crisp, and flavorful, along with the grilled salmon sandwich on a brioche roll, with a couple biscuits on the side. The salmon was perfection and those biscuits were little miracles of crispy exterior with a tender moist crumb inside. We ate like kings and frankly made a spectacle of ourselves yumming and moaning with pleasure over each bite. If you see this food truck, you will forever regret not stopping by and enjoying the hospitality of the owners and their gorgeous food offerings.

The burger didn’t have any flavor. No salt or pepper tasted like paper. And the buffalo chicken wrapped had too much buffalo sauce. Which over power the taste and flavor of the dish. Some dish less is best I wish they had drizzled the sauce on top. It would not only complement the dish but also improved it as well.

The food looked very appetizing but the Food taste like the grease was old and burnt. Person at the register needs to wash his hands. Dirt under the nails is just not it. All in all won’t be back if someone just puts on gloves and isn’t practicing hygiene. People can die from illnesses that way. Gloves don’t substitute handwashing.
