What an amazing bakery! Great customer service and most importantly, the cake was unbelievable. I gave them a picture of the design I wanted and it actually looked better! I ordered red velvet with cream cheese filled layers and it was so moist and delicious- buttercream wasn't overly sweet either. Thank you all so much for the cutest and super delicious cake for my boy's birthday ?

Awesome local bakery. have gotten some cupcakes from here occasionally and have always been happy with them! My personal favorites are the Red Velvet cupcakes. A lot of the time bakery's make their frosting waaay to sweet. Tizzerts makes theirs sweet, but not overbearing, which i love because then you can actually taste the cake part of the cupcake. 10/10!

My wife went to pick up our son's third birthday cake that she spoke to a designer about making three weeks ago. It was supposed to be a 3D triceratops dinosaur cake. What she picked up was not what she ordered, was not a 3D cake and looked like my three year old son made it himself. We have shopped here for years but this is the last time. My wife came home in tears. You can't get back a child's birthday, thanks alot Tizzerts!!!!

I've been buying Tizzerts cakes for years, and their buttercream is a thing of beauty! Their cakes are delicious, and we love to get a few kinds of their cupcakes for a special occasion picnic!
Tizzerts has really gone down hill in the last year. It used to be my go-to for special events (for 7+ years.) Last summer instead of telling me their cake decorator was out the week of my party, they tried last minute to screen print a sugar decoration on top of it that didn't match the icing or the party decorations. For my daughter's birthday in December they refused to do a custom design and said they're trying to get away from them, although they claim on their website they are happy to do them. They no longer do two tier cakes. Today I was supposed to pick up Easter cupcakes, and I called to see if I could go at lunch to get them instead of at 3:30 as previously discussed. It turns out they have lost my order. With that, they have also lost a loyal customer. The cakes are delicious, but the lack of customer service and issues with execution are terrible. What a joke this place has become.

It was like having concierge service. That last review doesn't sound like we're talking about the same place. Sounds like she was just a grump. I had the best experience at Tizzerts!!
