Grabbed lunch there today and it was awesome...Tony's is always a treat! Super friendly staff. Tony's has been in Ballantyne for 18 years and has to be one, if not "THE" longest standing restaurant in the area...and there's a reason for that. Excellent, consistent food!

I've been to Tony's (Galleria and Ballantyne) about 10 times since last year- never disappointed. Their NY style pizza is very good. But their secret weapons are their hot subs. The chicken parm (my favorite), cheesesteak, and meatball are all excellent. They all come on a perfectly toasted Italian roll that's slightly crispy on the outside and soft and hot on the inside. Chicken is tender inside, crunchy outside. Steak is tender and tasty. Meatballs are hand made and great. Just the right amount of cheese/sauce on each. Service is always friendly and very good. Place has a homey feel. I'll never get sick of Tony's!

I do not believe this is a customer friendly business. The reason is Unacceptable Delivery of Food Order by establishments 3rd party (DoorDash). I reside out of state from NC and wanted to order them a Pizza. They gave me the restaurant's name and phone number. When I called I explained the situation. I was told that I could not order directly thru them nor could I have the food pickup and paid by credit card. The only option was to use Doordash. I had to create an account that I really did not want to do nor familiar with. Then I get a text that the "Dasher" did not Knock or Ring the DoorBell but rather left the Food on the Front Door Mat. I read another review wherein the customer gave Tony's Pizza a ONE STAR due to having to use Doordash. In my opinion, I would not ever patronize a business that would not allow me to pay for food by Credit Card over the phone for delivery or pick but rather having to pay the ridiculous Doordash Service Fee. As stated in my opinion this is NOT a customer friendly business.

Pizza was wonderful. I am as white as it gets but yo hablo español. Just like I'd tell my staff in CA, ten cuidado. You don't know who speaks what, so try not to talk about guests until they leave. Nothing crazy was said but I Can imagine a Karen throwing a fit. Thanks for being prompt and courteous in English.

We ordered pizza here twice, very tasty. But the last time we ordered, we got a bonus in the pizza box - an eye lens. Looks like one of the employees dropped something in our box.

We have been looking for good NY style pizza since we moved from Upstate NY. We decided to try Tony’s pizza because we had heard good things about it from our neighbors. We ordered a build your own pizza with ricotta. We loved how they swirled the ricotta around the whole pie. The toppings were very generous and the thin crust was crispy but not overdone. And on the leftover reheat…just as good as when it was fresh! As a bonus we were able to order the fried mushrooms as an appetizer. They were delicious and something you don’t find in too many places! We will definitely be returning!

Great pizza by the slice. Tasty and crispy. Great fried ravioli. Great prices. Generous portions. Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere, also had good outdoor seating. This is my new favorite pizza place.

I haven’t been to Tony’s in a couple of years so I visited recently and ordered my “go to” a slice of pepperoni and boy was it good! Their single slices is so large you have to fold in 1/2 to eat it! I’ll be back soon!

Didn’t greet me or anything. Just a blank stare. Therefore they get a 1 star for customer service alone. He doesn’t know who I am I don’t care if I came in to ask for a napkin. The least they can do is greet potential customers. Not sure if it’s a race thing or he was having a bad day. But no thank

We had this delivered last night. We hadn't tried it before but my wife is from NY and wanted something to remind her of home. They use Door Dash for delivery which is too bad. I checked the box 'for hand the pizza to me' vs 'leave on front porch.' I get an email that pizza was delivered to front porch 5 minutes after it was delivered. Sure enough, it was cold. Not even warm. Pizza itself was bland, crust was very chewy. We won't be trying it again. Farleys is much better. As for Door Dash, as long as they want a prepaid tip, I'm not using them either. Too many times food arrives cold. If you do a good service, I'll happily provide a great tip in cash.
