Went here on a school feild trip and the school made reservations couple weeks in advance and a manager changed our time that we were supposed to be there from 10 AM to 9 AM. We are supposed to have three hours but we only got one. They changed it from 9 to 11 but we got there at 10 when we were supposed to, but we were not at all inform that we were supposed to be there at nine to school service I used to love this place but now seeing how their dark side is, I hate it never going back!!!!!!

I had a good time with the golf, the games were good. Now the food however… they gave me the wrong order, when I had limited time, and then asked me if I still wanted it. He could send in another order. Took 20 mins to get the food. Just had a bad experience here. Staff was too busy to be super nice. Our waiter was nice as he could be.

Came here today for a birthday party and the host was never to be found. Tried to get a drink from the bartender and she was as rude as could be. All the food came out burnt and the fruit was brown. Not a good experience at all

To start, the experience at Top Golf was good. The service, atmosphere, and facility were all good and I could recommend the activity.What I cannot recommend is trying to make a reservation for this place. I had a party of 8 who wanted to play on a weekend night. Obviously this would be a busy time, so we would need to make a reservation, which is fine. What’s not fine is when I have to pay $75 to make an online reservation for a game of Top Golf. What service am I paying for with that $75? Is someone hand delivering my reservation to Top Golf central or sending it by carrier pigeon? No, it’s an automatic system, and a poor business practice designed to suck as much money out of the customer as possible. Because of that absurd price to even reserve a game with a sizable group, I probably wont be returning to Top Golf anytime soon.I would highly recommend you only do walk-ins and suffer the waiting time if there is a line. Avoid this poor business practice with the online reservations.

I didn't buy any food as I was there for a kids' birthday party. I'm definitely going to go back and hang with adults. I wondered why I hadn't been here sooner.
We had a visit this place few weeks back. It is a combination of indoor and outdoor sport?.We enjoyed a lot. Especially food is good and price is not that expensive.

I want to give 5 stars and will explain why I just can't. First I will start with the good stuff. We reserved our Bays and they were ready at time we reserved for. Our server was great and very patient with our large group. Food and drinks were great and we had a blast.Now here is my complaint. When we walked into the place it smelled like sewage. So bad that while we waited for our Bays at the bar it was all we could smell. Everywhere you walked inside it smelled so bad. It made my daughter so nauseous. Luckily it didn't smell like that outside in the fresh air.We have been here many times and it has never smelled like this. From what I was told from a worker it was the sewer system. Better get that fixed ASAP. ?

Me and some friends decided to go to top golf and after driving an hour we found out it was an hour wait and we decided to wait. About 45 minutes of waiting we started walking around the outside of top golf on the sidewalk and we saw some golf balls we decided to pick a couple up and start tossing them around and after about a minute or so a security guard came out and told us to drop them. We immediately listened and after walking back in to check the waiting list 2 managers were there along with 3 security workers who informed us that we were going to be kicked out and not aloud back in. Absolutely terrible service all because we were tossing golf balls on the sidewalk. Do not recommend. TERRIBLE SERVICE
