The pizza tasted great. The man at the register saved me about $10 because of a deal I didn't know they had going on at the time, so I gave that as a tip to show my appreciation.
I recommend giving Toppers a shot. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Toppers pizza in North Carolina has proven to be an absolute nightmare when it comes to their Uber eats service. They not only overcharge for their pizzas, but they also fail to deliver orders in a timely manner. I placed an order and paid for it but what I received was a half-cooked excuse for a pizza, cold and missing half my toppings! When I tried to contact Toppers pizza customer service to get a refund, I was met with rude and unhelpful responses. They not only refused to refund my money, but they also had the audacity to claim that the delivery was made correctly.

I was really disappointed with the new pan pizza. Other than the fact that the crust was soggy, there were barely any toppings. I'm not a greedy person, there were literally very very little toppings. For the price we pay for pizza delivery, I'd rather of had tombstone. Lesson learned!

This is the peak pizza place. The staple of Charlotte. Toppers is not "the best pizza ever ohmygod" level, BUT, it is close. It is the best pizza chain for sure.
1) Open super late, literally eat here all the time bc I'm a night owl and in charlotte nothing else is open.
2) Reliable: i have never had a bad pizza from toppers.
3) Options, options options. Tons of things to try. Are they all 10/10s? No. But it's fun to try their creations. And still, none have ever been awful (like little Ceasars or pizza hut stuff can be).
4) Healthy Option- Cauliflower Crust. Their cauliflower crust is the BEST I've tried. Ever.
5) PRICES - should have put this as number one. Their prices are so low (especially if you use the app) i don't understand how they make a profit. I hope they're paying their employees well though.
6) ridiculously silly marketing. Just sign up for their promos and let them spam your email, whoever is doing their marketing is doing a great job. A bit edgy, fun, and witty.
7) good rewards programs. I'm constantly getting free pizzas. Again, not really sure how they make money but I'm not complaining ?
8) ALSO should have put this first: Old World Pepperonis aka those little crispy pepperonis that form a cup when cooked. Infinitely better than regular pepperonis. You do need to request those too.

Ordered a pizza tonight to have it delivered. Old school pepperoni and sausage. Don't bother reading the description it's nothing like it. Maybe I'm to picky because I travel but if this is what GOOD pizza is in Charlotte nc you guys are getting screwed. Don't eat here.

Not your internal fault, but need you to be aware of tonight's DoorDash issue- received delivery confirmation,with a picture of my welcome mat, and within 3 minutes there was no pizza on it. Tried reaching DD customer support and was essentially told my issue was denied, no refund, no credit. Still working on escalating. Hope Byron the Dasher is enjoying my pizza.
I first would like to shout out the staff at this establishment from front of the house to the back. I was immediately greeted and my order was hot,fresh and perfect. The pizza here was amazing. I can honestly say it's even better than the last time I had it a few months back. I'm over the moon with the fresh ingredients and perfect crust. Thanks for not serving chain food but great pizza that I could certainly tell was made with care. Keep up the good work!

This is the second time I've placed a pick up order that I can not get. They don't answer the phone late at night and close early. The pizza isn't even that great, but if you close at 2am.....then close at 2am. By the way, the bars stay open until 2am.....so, 2:30 makes a lot more sense, but then again you are closing at 11:30, so what the hell do I know.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
They told me it would be an hour for a single pizza. It never showed. I called to ask where it was and they said it was in the oven. I told them to cancel the order. Evidently, orders go through a central switchboard and they repeatedly put me on hold to try to "reach the store". After being on hold twice for a combined 15 minutes with terrible music and being told they couldn't reach the store both times, they were told to cancel the order themselves and that they were not to deliver the order.
