Food was okay, service left a bit to be desired. They charge you a credit card fee that was not part of the bill and you don’t see until after you swipe. This unethical behavior and lack of transparency is the main reason I won’t be going back.

Good ambiance. Located in a multiuse commercial building, it has an attached parking garage, making it pretty accessible. Menu is classical with a few interesting items. They do have a patio and sushi bar.

Place is nice, the food was good and the service was excellent. Very close to Uptown, parking is easy and free in the building's covered parking (with ticket validation). Keep in mind there is a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. Would visit again in the future.

Tora is in a great part of town…not too far from uptown. I really enjoy the overall atmosphere of the restaurant and don’t have any negatives other than the fact that I wish there were more sushi options. I can’t eat shellfish or pork and felt like the options available weren’t that fitting to my personal tastes. Next time I go back I’ll make a request to customize my roll and if they can do that I’ll raise my score ?

Place is beautiful, love the interior decoration. All appetizers and sushi were good, but SKIP the dessert. It was a such a rip off! Fried ice cream wasn't fried, just had this topping on it. Chocolate cake was something you could buy in the frozen aisle.

I loved this food! It was fresh and yummy! Everything I tasted was delicious! Everyone enjoyed the food and the service as well. If you are in NC and are in the mood for asian food, this is it!!

I am so glad I tried this place! It was so good. If you use the parking deck do not forget your ticket like I did. I believe I ordered the Tora Tora roll and the island boy or something.

2nd time visiting this place and it did not disappoint! The Queen Charlotte Roll is my fav! even if you don’t like raw sushi.. the atmosphere is always lovely as well

There was a ton going on and we needed to find a last minute restaurant for my niece 16th birthday! Well!! We found it and it was perfect!! They were overly kind and accommodating. Kate was our server and she was wonderful! Mario helped us set up the reservation and was so helpful as well! The service and the food were perfection! Everything came out as ordered and was hot and fresh! My sons loved the calamari! If you get a chance stop here the service alone is worth it! Oh and I had a mango mojito …delicious! 10/10!
