They should improve the service with the fluidity of more staff, you have to line up for the tortillas, another line for the food and another to pay, before they had a refrigerator next to the cash register with tortillas for those who are only looking for that to be able to leave without doing everything the unnecessary line, instead of organizing they are falling behind as a business

Honestly, I do not leave reviews. But I said I’m going to leave one for this restaurant. The tortillas are amazing. Very authentic, very fresh. The food overall is pretty good and a great variety! HOWEVER, when it was my turn to order on my very last day coming to this establishment…I told the server in these exact words “beans and rice w/ gravy.” That was it and that was all. Instead of the server saying she could not understand English…she yelled to the person who was working the front to come and help and skipped right over me to the next Spanish speaking customer. I was on my lunch and it was a line so I was already waiting patiently. UNPROFESSIONAL on ALL LEVELS. And I felt highly disrespected. A “un momento” would have made that situation a lot better & probably wouldn’t have left this review. I don’t spend where I don’t feel appreciated.

I wish I didn’t have to give a star just my opinion it was my first time here I was nervous before so I never tried them out but yesterday I did. I had no clue the layout is basically Hot kitchen ,I’m trying to ask the guy that’s serving if they make tacos or they have steak he just starts yelling at me in Spanish and the last thing he said was no English not only that the server and the line of ppl were rushing me to hurry up and choose something like dang ! This is how you treat your customer’s??Atp I’m ready to say nvm and leave but it was just my blessing the customer in front of me told me he’d help me and he helped me all the way thru .i wish the folks working here were able to give that type of customer service. May or may not come back

I believe this place is what every non-Mexican, Mexican-food loving person dreams of coming upon. Maybe Mexicans’ feel this way too.Not a restaurant.Honestly, most of their food is just okay… but their tortillas are spectacular. Get them fresh and by the pound. Take them home and make fresh tacos with them.I’ve done this for years and when I make people tacos with these tortillas everyone just becomes silent… in a very good way.
