As soon I walked in, it conquered my nose. As soon I looked at food varieties, it conquered my eyes. As soon I took my first bite, it conquered my taste spot. Absolutely delicious. It feels like a family feast. The attendants were amazing and friendly. I recommend the experience, and I'm definitely coming back here.🥰🥰👌👌👌👍👍👍

The fried chicken is very delicious.
The food is good, but not everything is good, the prices are very high... It cost me $5 for a Jamaican water and $4 for a canned coconut juice. It's very expensive.
I came back another day and ordered 2 tamales at lunch time because I wasn't very hungry, they gave them to me in a bag, I ordered them in a small box and the cashier told me that she would charge me a dollar but I told her how is that possible? That I needed to eat them right away and why would she do that? She rudely said that when you have money to pay, a dollar doesn't matter. I answered with a surprised face because of how rude she was and I told her no, then she told me that in the compare food there were many disposable boxes if you wanted.
This is the customer service of this tortilla shop.
I will not return again, I am one less customer, these people do not know that good customer service is the key to success in any business.
The owner must educate his employees in this sense, especially a cashier who is the one who is most in contact with the customer.
I'm not exaggerating or lying, it was a true experience.

The food is good! but the customer service is VERY BAD. If you ask for a piece, they don't give it to you, they give you what they want. There is a girl and an older woman with a very bad attitude. If they don't like their job, why don't they just quit?
