Absolutely horrible. $20 for TWO boba drinks. Got my usual boba flavor: taro, and it was a despicable watered down defamation of any taro flavored thing EVER. It was so disappointing that I ended up throwing it away (mind you this is my favorite flavor of milk tea). Completely nothing redeemable about this place and please do not waste your money here.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVAH!!!! I ORDERED THAI TEA AND ASKED FOR 65% SWEETNESS AND IT TASTED LIKE 110%. BOBA WAS SO SOGGY AND WARM IT REQUIRES THE SAME AMOUNT OF PRESSURE TO PUNCTURE AS POPPING BOBA. IF UR ASIAN AVOID!!! IF UR WHITE U MIGHT LIKE IT ??

Me and my mom just went here a few minutes ago and we like Boba so we were excited to try it but the Boba wasn't great, it was filled with ice to the top so there isn't a lot of liquid which is good because it tasted griddy and bitter, the tapioca was really tough and tasted like it was made days ago. My mom had a disagreement with the cashier because she asked what the Taro lover and Taro difference was and he said there was none so she just got the Taro lover, then he charged us 3 dollars for the tapioca when it said it was 75 cents so he overcharged us plus the drinks overall were 10 dollars each so in all we payed 22.79 which is insane for two drinks that aren't even good. I do not recommend, just go somewhere else and don't waste the money.

Decided to give this place a shot, got the usual safe flavor I get at all tea shops, this one tasted pretty bad. Asked if I could change it for a different flavor since I really didn't like the taste; they said yes which I thought was very nice, however they still gave me the same flavor of tea just with different poppers. When I explained that they might have misunderstood me, they said they could not change the tea flavor just the poppers... Weird experience, threw away the tea (it was that bad), also their tea is $11-$12, it's way too overpriced for a mediocre drink.

It tasted like tap water and when I asked for a refund I was denied despite the fact that there are no signs that say “no refunds”I was given another tea that also tasted like tap water.

This place is GROSS. I love boba and this place was the worst I've ever had. For one they had rap music blaring out loud you you could barely think. Next none of the screens where on so you had to read a tiny menu to order. We ordered and when we went to wait and there where old drinks on the counter and spilled drinks everywhere. They filled the cup to the top with ice and by the time I got the drink all the ice was melted and the drink tasted like watered down sadness. The boba was awful. I had to throw it away after 1 sip or I would have thrown up. $8 wasted

Just opened one up here in Greensboro! This place is awesome and has good quality. The creamy & sweet taste are on point. Everything tastes good and goes for good prices. I'd definitely come here for Boba if you want a good deal! ??

Terrible customer service!! Extremely unsanitary to have open/ uncovered containers of boba fruit on a counter with no cashier around for several minutes. Why does South Park allow these ppl to still operate in the mall ?

Worst boba place ever! The cashier never listened to us and kept looking away. The in ability to make ye contact or listen to clear orders is red flag #1. There are no gloves or hair nets (#2) the work place is disgusting with spilled powder and drinks everywhere… there was even spilled boba and an empty used cup right by where you order. (#3) the drinks gave our 7 year old a stomach ache and made me nauseous… (#4) the milk was left outside so everything is lukewarm and there’s not enough ice to keep it cold… the ice is also crushed meaning that it will melt faster and water down your drinks (#5). Their signature drinks are their regular drinks… (holy Thai tea is just Thai tea) when I grabbed the cup it was sticky(#6) they charge like they actually use real tea but it’s all cheap powder and it is 5x over priced (#7)Spare your stomachs and never buy from here and can someone report them to the health department?!

Definitely wish I read the reviews before stopping by here :( The tapioca boba was ok, but it was in an open crock pot besides the cashier. All the other bobas were sitting in open containers besides the cashier. My drink was pretty watered down and I could see powder chunks at the bottom. Definitely, totally SKIP this tea place.
