food was good but, signs pointed to wrong items and led me to grabbing wrong items. matcha is made from a liquid? doesnt seem authentic. atmosphere was pretty and decor was nice. service was mid at best. young cashier was rude and acted like i was stupid when asking where i could heat up my food, forgot about my drink afterwords and had to remind them to make it.

Adorable coffee and bakery shop with many selections of sweet and savory pastries. Unfortunately, the young cashier behind the counter was rude and ruined the experience with her attitude when we asked a reasonable question about To-Go orders. Additionally, she was more concerned with loving up her boyfriend than attending to the customers. My Daughter and I love Matcha drinks and decided to try their Gingerbread Matcha Latte and Honey Lavender Matcha Latte. Worst Matcha Latte's EVER!!! My Daughter actually couldn’t even drink hers. Price point is fair for the offerings and available parking was convenient and close.

First time trying this coffee shop, and I fell in love with the tiramisu latte. We also tried a few pastries, which were good, though nothing memorable. Unfortunately, the atmosphere really affected our experience. There was a large group with children occupying several tables. The kids were constantly moving between tables, and on two occasions they even sat at our table while the parents did not intervene. What made the situation more uncomfortable was that one of the fathers entered the women’s restroom to look for the kids, which was not appropriate. I believe the staff should be more attentive to situations like this, as it is a coffee shop where many people expect a calm environment. I wouldn’t recommend this place for studying or a quiet visit, but the coffee itself was good.

The café is beautiful and cozy, and the bakery is excellent. The atmosphere itself is calm and pleasant.
Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing. While the staff was not rude, they came across as indifferent and unwelcoming, which made the visit uncomfortable. It felt as though customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority. The coffee was also underwhelming, despite the bakery being a standout.
Overall, the space has potential, but aside from the bakery, there isn’t much reason to return. It’s unfortunate, as the staff’s attitude significantly impacts the experience.

I am extremely disappointed. I went around 5:20 pm and the attendant wasn't listening to me, he had headphones on! After I ordered my coffee, he said they didn't have any coffee. A coffee shop without any coffee is extremely strange. Anyway, I changed my plans and went to have dinner at the Mexican restaurant next door and didn't get my coffee.
We returned here with high hopes since last time there came we bought a delicious cake. Tonight we stopped by for a couple treats and the service was absolutely horrendous. The two girls working didn’t even greet guests, had terrible attitudes and just acted like we were bothering. This establishment needs to train their employees better! What a disgrace for it’s reputation.

Dear Tous Le Jour, I've been a loyal fan of this coffee shop since moving here. it's truly one of my favorite spots in town. The coffee and pastries are consistently great, the atmosphere is cozy, and the staff are always kind and welcoming.
My friends and I haven’t been going since reading about the low scores and violations in the health inspections. As someone who genuinely loves and supports this place, I hope the team is able to address the issues raised and take the necessary steps to bring everything up to standard.
I'm rooting for you and looking forward to many more great cups of coffee here in the future!

Used to be my go to place. No more. Horrific sanitation scores - repeatedly. Either they don’t care or they care incapable of maintaining a safe sanitation level. Not a problem with their other location but I’m really turned off.
