food was good but, signs pointed to wrong items and led me to grabbing wrong items. matcha is made from a liquid? doesnt seem authentic. atmosphere was pretty and decor was nice. service was mid at best. young cashier was rude and acted like i was stupid when asking where i could heat up my food, forgot about my drink afterwords and had to remind them to make it.
First time trying this coffee shop, and I fell in love with the tiramisu latte. We also tried a few pastries, which were good, though nothing memorable.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere really affected our experience. There was a large group with children occupying several tables. The kids were constantly moving between tables, and on two occasions they even sat at our table while the parents did not intervene.

Everything is 100% perfect!! Food is always fresh and the bakery, usually flaky and fluffy!
I tried most of their bakery and ordered 2 cakes and they were absolutely delicious and not over sugary, just balanced and creamy!
