After returning home from a long hike in the Uwharrie forest, my friend and fellow hiker suggested a healthy dinner at "a place he'd been wanting to try". We found Tropical Grille to have a welcoming atmosphere – clean, organized, and with inoffensive music played at a reasonable volume.First impressions out of the way, we turned our attention to the menu.
