“My smoothie looked really good and I went to pick it up and then some crack head was following me around as soon as I stepped out and started begging me for my smoothie or to get them a smoothie so I wasted $8 because I was scared of the crack head following me around and they were posted up at my car and wouldn’t leave until I gave them my smoothie.“

“Always a pleasant experience at the Tropical Smoothie on 11318 N. Community House Rd in Ballantyne. Acai Bowls and Smoothies prepared accurately, and the workers are always working, and not just standing around like the TS on 4015 Corning Place near Mountain Island Lake. They are also very efficient. My primary go to is the one on N. Community House even if I have to go out of the way.“

“I ordered the quesadilla which came with the cheese completely unmelted. When I brought it to the owner’s attention she asked me if I wanted the cheese melted which is a ridiculous thing to ask since a quesadilla by default should have the cheese melted all the way. It would be like asking if I want the chicken fully cooked 🙄, so not a lot of common sense right there. Also, I noticed the price when ordering in person at the register came up cheaper like $3 for the same items if I order online which makes me wonder if the app is ripping people off. When I wanted to scan for points the cashier cancelled the transaction and redid it (I don’t know why would she), but then I noticed the points were not added, which felt sketchy since made me feel they go around the system in order not to give out the points for a purchase. Corporate should check into that and the app pricing.“

“I visited Tropical Smoothie the other day and had a wonderful experience. The girl who took my order did an excellent job and was very helpful in the decision process. My smoothie and sandwich were both delicious and I would absolutely recommend them to others interested in trying.“

“I doordash at this location often, so when I noticed the vegan protein options get added to the menu I felt the infinite love of the universe bc I had not eaten my beloved buffalo chicken wrap from here in a very long time.?

She made sure I signed up to be loyalty member last time and this time she reminded me to scan for my points. Kudos Serenity!“

“my friend and i came in last night, about 45min before close. when we walked in, there were four people ahead of us who were waiting for their items. our orders were taken promptly and the cashier was polite and patient with us. considering there were only two young girls working, the wait wasn't bad at all! food came out quickly and all of the smoothies came out at one time. i tried the acai berry boost smoothie - it was so good! i would def order again. i love their chicken bacon ranch flatbread sm (i get it every time). the store itself looked a little beatdown and disheveled but i wasn't bothered by it :)“
