“Always a pleasant experience at the Tropical Smoothie on 11318 N. Community House Rd in Ballantyne. Acai Bowls and Smoothies prepared accurately, and the workers are always working, and not just standing around like the TS on 4015 Corning Place near Mountain Island Lake. They are also very efficient. My primary go to is the one on N. Community House even if I have to go out of the way.“

“my friend and i came in last night, about 45min before close. when we walked in, there were four people ahead of us who were waiting for their items. our orders were taken promptly and the cashier was polite and patient with us. considering there were only two young girls working, the wait wasn't bad at all! food came out quickly and all of the smoothies came out at one time. i tried the acai berry boost smoothie - it was so good! i would def order again. i love their chicken bacon ranch flatbread sm (i get it every time). the store itself looked a little beatdown and disheveled but i wasn't bothered by it :)“
