TRASH. everytime i come here they get my order wrong and they literally make me wait 25-30 mins. every. single. time. ordered an acai bowl today and it was half empty when i got it because they forgot granola! workers are rude and just don’t care. save your money & time, don’t go here.
Smoothie took almost 20 minutes to make, when I finally got it, it’s literally barely blended, huge chunks of ice still in it, they skimped on the flavorings it’s just chunky ice that has a pale fruit color and flavor. Horrendously disappointing. Will stick with the Outlets and Tega Cay location
This is the worst tropical smoothie location. Smoothies are watered down, staff aren’t friendly and orders are often incorrect.
Ordered Uber eats from here and did not receive my smoothie or the correct food item. Did not get an answer on the phone to see if my smoothie was available there for pickup.

Incredibly slow and the bowl was under filled.
At the moment I wouldn’t go here. They need more staff and more training. When you come in no one greets you, when you get to the register they don’t even say hi at the least. They are very slow. I was there for 17 minutes before my order was taken and there was only one person in front of me. After her order was completed it took another 5 minutes to take my order. I’m going to chuck it up the low of staff and they are over worked. Maybe I’ll change my review in the future

They rushed making my order and didn't even blend my smoothies all the through. I was very disappointed because this left the taste and texture of it all the way off, I would not recommend going to this location!

Can i plz have a refund since i cannot drink this ?
Placed an online order, I mistakenly selected pickup instead of delivery. I immediately called to cancel the order and resubmit as a delivery. I was informed by Melissa they were unable to process refunds over the phone. However, I could submit a request for a refund, and she provided me with a gmail address. She also stated they would not make the order. When I called back and requested to speak with a manager, I was transferred to Kasharie. Kasharie stated a refund could be handled over the phone, however she would have to pass along my information. When I asked for the name of the individual she would passed the information along to, she stated she could not give out that information. This store is in need of some desperate customer service training and if the quality of the food is a reflection of the service, I would not recommend patronizing this location.

This place reeks. Has the foulest smell for an eating establishment. And ran entirely by children. They made their friends orders before customers and had on any kind of clothes behind the counter…never again
