Smoothie never taste good at this 1 and the prices are different at each location....this 1 is higher and nastier.
Said NO Turbinado and there was turbinado regardless of the cashier lying and saying there wasnt. It was so sweet. You can tell; especially since I ended up giving it to my bf and driving to a different location, same smoothie, and yet didnt taste that artificial sugar they put in it and past off as healthy

They did not want to wait on anyone. They were making food and eating it. I ordered online and they told me it was declined. I had a receipt and showed them. They still did not want to make my food. They said their service was down but people could order online. I told them no sugar and they said “we don’t put any sugar” and they do. Everyone should be fired. Normally I have a great experience and this was horrible. They had nasty clothes on. It was horrible. The worst attitude.

I thought I was in the twilight zone walking into this place. The African American female employee was literally sitting there vaping stinking up the entire place and barely rolled out of her chair to get behind the counter. No greeting no “can I take your order?” I left immediately. This was the 2nd attempt at this location and certainly the last.

I think they may need a new staff for this location. This is the closest one to my job and on the way. But every time I come in the morning I wait over 20 mins for a smoothie, no one greets you. You stand at the register for 5 mins before anyone says a word to you. There are inconsistencies with the smoothie depending on who is making it. I wish there was another place I could go. I just have to make my smoothies at home. To spend $10 and not get service not quality is crazy to me. Mind you i come at 7:10am. No lines are ever there in the morning. So I don’t understand how it takes 20 mins

Been over 30 minutes since my order was supposed to be done and still waiting. Slowest location I’ve ever been to with no sense of urgency or communication.

Ugh, the place was so gross.
I went there on Tuesday.
The bathroom was super dirty, like no soap or toilet paper.
I wonder how the employees wash their hands, if they even do.

I never give bad reviews… but I’ve given this location multiple chances to get it right. A few things… I walked in and it smelled like a dead body in the restaurant. The staff were all just sitting down on their phones. Not 1 person greeted us. They all just sat and looked at their phones. I didn’t even place an order. I just walked straight out. Prior to this I ordered a smoothie & flatbread combination… no peanut butter, no honey, just granola and rotten banana. This location is downtown so you would think they would be better but no… don’t waste your time.

Worse tropical smoothie in Charlotte smh. I initially was happy that I was moving near a tropical smoothie and tried to go there on the way to work and sometimes after work, even when I went on the weekends, the same issues. restaurant isn’t well kept always long wait times and the final straw for me was I went on the way to work one morning. No one was in the restaurant. The girl at the counter told me if I ordered something, they wouldn’t start making it for another 30 minutes because of their online orders I asked if they could just make mine since I’m literally the only person in the store she said nope and told me I had to get a smoothie….. After a few triesI just gave up on this location

my açaí bowl literally tasted rotted from the fruit to the base.

Employees got in an argument and continued to argue while I was waiting for my order. Swearing even after acknowledging to each other that a customer was present. Did not take the argument outside or wait till customers left.

nothing about this location is good. the employees don’t want to work nor do they care about their job. i would stay very far away from this location!

TRASH. everytime i come here they get my order wrong and they literally make me wait 25-30 mins. every. single. time. ordered an acai bowl today and it was half empty when i got it because they forgot granola! workers are rude and just don’t care. save your money & time, don’t go here.

Smoothie took almost 20 minutes to make, when I finally got it, it’s literally barely blended, huge chunks of ice still in it, they skimped on the flavorings it’s just chunky ice that has a pale fruit color and flavor. Horrendously disappointing. Will stick with the Outlets and Tega Cay location
