I got a dragon fruit acai bowl today & it was HORRENDOUS. While waiting on my order, the smoothie blender was filthy & I saw the health rating has also decreased. Now back to my order, the acai base was so frozen that all you see is purple ice, literally. I took almonds off my order when I ordered off the app because of my allergy, there was almonds all over my acai bowl. A literal safety hazard. I wont be back to this location, ever.

Ordered a smoothie and a wrap. The wrap was good, but they were missing so much in the smoothie department that you were limited on what type of smoothie you could order. The smoothie I got, the texture was just all off; after I drank half I look in my cup and it's just an icy. Depending on who makes the smoothie it could be good or all the way bad. It's just not consistent at this location.

Honestly I love tropical smoothie cafe in general but this one is not run to the same standard. 80% of the time they are out of almost everything. No cheeese, no juices, no chips or fruit for the sides. They also don’t even have the right cups, the right bags, or paper to wrap the flatbread in. They gave me my food and didn’t say that they are out of sides. I paid $15 for my meal and it was completely incomplete. I will still be eating at tropical smoothie but never again at this location.

I go to many Tropical Smoothie cafes around the country. This one is the worst, I visit Charlotte often for work and the last three visits they are out of the most basic items, FRUIT! Like really? Today couldn't make chicken flatbread sandwhich. Will never go back to this location and probably should be shut down

This location is trash they had NONE on the supplies and it’s so annoying they didn’t have nothing in stock like just shut the store down if you don’t have none of the ingredients to make a freaking smoothie , they had no bananas, mango , strawberries, bread , peanut butter , or yogurt like why are yall open if nothing is available?? And I couldn’t even just go to another location because I paid for my order online .

Horrible location. They never have anything in stock and only sell about 4 of the 20+ smoothies advertised on the menu. If all you want is strawberry banana, don’t waste your time.
My peanut paradise did not taste anything like it was supposed to. Different ingredients and smaller portions. Will not be back.
By far worst tropical smoothie. I want to repost them. They never have anything and stuff is undercooked and disgusting
For the last few months this location has been out many ingredients. I mentioned it to one of the employees today upon picking up my order that this place is always out of something … to which she replied, yeah we’re always out of something.
Is management doing their job? What is the issue? At least update the menu online so I can be aware before placing my order and take my business somewhere else.

Why?....Just why?
I love Tropical Smoothie, but I will not be coming back to this location. The customer service was terrible. Nobody was greeted up on entering. As a matter of fact, the 2 young ladies working, didn't even look up. That's not only deplorable customer service, but not even safe for them to not know who's walking into the establishment.
I ordered a wrap and smoothie. I had a coupon. If I wasn't paying attention, I still would have been charged full price. It wasn't until I said something that allowed me to get the right price.
The young lady making the wrap had an angry look on her face the entire time. Now, I'm sensitive to other people and you really never know what someone else is going through. That being said, when you dealing with the public, and you're serving the public, you got to get yourself together. Because, it's not anyone else's fault that you're dealing with your issues of life. The rap was absolutely terrible. It reflected how she probably felt. Terrible. I don't know what happened, I thought the ingredients were already set to be used, but it was the saltiest, sloppiest wrap I've had to date for Tropical Smoothie. What happened?
The young lady at the register, was behind on making smoothies. I felt bad for her, but at the same time she could have had a better attitude as well.
While I was waiting I went to the restroom to wash my hands, the restroom was not in good shape. I just don't know what more to say about this.
I'm real big on customer service, and I'm a loyal to good customer service. This was not it, and I won't be back to this location. This is not an indictment on the whole Tropical Smoothie brand. I just believe the whole crew needs to be scrapped and retrained.

I arrived to this location at 8:38 pm on last Sunday. I greeted the young lady, Kayla at the counter. She replied. “We’re closed”. I told her that the sign posted on the door showed that they were open until 9 pm. She said that they closed at 8:30 pm to everyone except food delivery companies. I very politely asked for the corporate number. She told me to Google it. After googling this location to make this review, I see that the hours show closed to the public at 8:30 pm however, this should be posted. I live in Florida and this is not the case at the two locations nearest to my home.
This wasn’t a smoothie shop. This was a social experiment. They were out of every ingredient like the menu was just a list of things they used to believe in. No straws. I was handed a cup of sadness and fruit mush, raw-dogging it straight to the face like a Victorian street orphan.
The workers vanished into the back like they were being hunted. An elderly woman literally had to shout, “HELLO? IS ANYONE EVEN ALIVE?” and for a moment I truly wasn’t sure. The whole building felt like it was on the brink of collapse, spiritually and structurally.
If Dante wrote a new circle of hell, it would be this Tropical Smoothie. I will never emotionally recover, but thank you for the character development.

They never have blueberries anymore and I have no idea why. All the other locations have blueberries.
