Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Waited 30 minutes on an order when was told 10. The workers had hit “complete” on our entire order when only 1 part of it was made (2 smoothies & 2 flatbreads).
Icing on the cake: after they gave our food, it was wrong & they forgot part of it. It wasn’t even worth going back to fix. If this could be a zero Star, it would be.
We use to come all the time with no issue. Never coming to this one again because of being burned so many times.

I ordered a smoothie to go as I took a break from work to pick it up only to find this makeshift closed sign plastered on the door. It appears my smoothie is in the cubby waiting to be picked up, but no one is answering the phone or the door. I need a refund ASAP! This is not the first time this is happened. If you’re going to close your doors, you need to shut down online ordering.

We had an amazing, tasty experience this afternoon! Smoothie was very yummy, and the quesadilla was rapidly consumed - nice and warm!! Thank you staff!!! 🙏🏻

Ordered two smoothies online. I've had these many times and they're usually thick, but this time they were soupy. When I tried to explain the issue, the manager was completely dismissive. They walked away while I was talking, remade the drinks in silence, and offered no apology. The consistency of the remade smoothies was correct, but the attitude was rude and made it clear they don't value their customers.

Waited 30 minutes for our order. When we asked, they had completely lost our order or gave it to someone else. Girls were not placing stickers on any of the smoothies and were mixinf everything up. We ordered an Ohana Breeze and Bahama Mama. When they realized their mistake, they pulled an old smoothie from the fridge and said it was an Ohana Breeze, but turns out, it’s a disgusting green smoothie. We still waited another 10 minutes for them to make the Bahama Mama, still not realizing which was which “wait, that’s not it, wait yes it is.” Very unorganized.

I ordered a banana protein bowl and I got a banana protein flat bread, when I told the guy that I ordered an açaí bowl he told me that they don't make those, mind u there was bowls in the fridge that i could see and it was on the menu.

Maddy is Amazing!!! I pass 2 tropical smoothies just to come to this location because Maddy makes my smoothie just like I it and has the Best Customer Service Skills 💜🫶🏾💜

Ordered a smoothie from here and all I will say is if I wanted a cup of colorful ice...could have stayed home and saved the 9.88.

2 out of 3 smoothie had no flavor whoever I talked to over the phone told me that they did not make it told me me that’s it’s not their problem I will never order from them again

What the hell? I ordered a smoothie and it tasted like it had no fruit in it! Never order from this place absolutely terrible never coming back no flavor!

This experience was TERRIBLE. I once ordered a smoothie with all these crazy vegetables and fruits and shi. It took forever and it tasted like GRASS. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DO NOT ORDER HERE EVER 😡😡😡

The watermelon mojito looked so good...was super excited about it...got it...it tasted like ice with a small taste of watermelon. Called and was told that she didn't make it and that there was nothing they could do

I ordered 3 smoothies through doordash. 1 Acai Berry Boost, 1 Detox Island Green, and 1 Watermelon Mojito. The Watermelon monitor had barely any Watermelon flavor and absolutely no mint flavor to it. The Detox Island Green tasted like ice and ginger. It also smelled like a Christmas tree. When my friend called about the smoothie I ordered for him, he said the woman he spoke to was rude and told him there was nothing she could do because she didn't make it. I had already reached out to Doordash, but they couldn’t give me a refund because it wasn't their fault. Very frustrating. I usually have good experiences with tropical smoothie, but I will not be ordering from this location again. This experience has definitely changed my view of the company.
