I ordered the quesadilla which came with the cheese completely unmelted. When I brought it to the owner’s attention she asked me if I wanted the cheese melted which is a ridiculous thing to ask since a quesadilla by default should have the cheese melted all the way. It would be like asking if I want the chicken fully cooked 🙄, so not a lot of common sense right there. Also, I noticed the price when ordering in person at the register came up cheaper like $3 for the same items if I order online which makes me wonder if the app is ripping people off. When I wanted to scan for points the cashier cancelled the transaction and redid it (I don’t know why would she), but then I noticed the points were not added, which felt sketchy since made me feel they go around the system in order not to give out the points for a purchase. Corporate should check into that and the app pricing.

I used to go to this location all the time because it’s close to my house but recently I’ve been driving out of the way to go to a different one. My açaí bowls, which are my favorite, have all of a sudden gone down hill. The açaí is always super frozen and usually if I let it sit out for a minutes it’ll be okay but today it was literally like ice. On top of that my bowls always look a mess. Everything is tossed around, my coconut flakes and 5 flaxseeds are stuck to the top and it just looks unappealing; people eat with their eyes first. For an $11 bowl I just expect more; I’m disappointed with my Fan Fest order -_- My island green smoothie was good; kind of sweet but I forgot to remove the turbinado.

Please just slow down and make the bowls look appealing and appetizing.

UPDATE: I came back today on 7/21; and I had to take a picture. They said my bowl is supposed to look this way; am I tripping?

Came in looking for something refreshing. The young man at the counter recommended a watermelon mojito. 10/10 reccommendation. Exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Once again, Tropical Smoothie has taken my money but claimed they never received my order. This is not the first time this has happened, and I’m beyond frustrated. I placed my order online was charged, only to show up and be told there’s “no record of it.” No refund, no solution—just a waste of my time and money. If I could give it 0 stars I would!!!

UPDATE (2/20/25): No response from support after their review response, weeks later. I am genuinely questioning if there's even a manager at this location.

Can't find myself rating this higher than 1 star due to the fact that workers are completely irresponsible when it comes to handling online/dasher orders. Over 3 times I have ordered a wrap and drink and get no wrap. I have had various different dashers yet it always happens with THIS location. Don't spend your money here unless you want to spend 20 bucks and gamble on getting an accurate order.

When I and my wife entered we spoke loudly and said good morning. There was no response from any of the 3 employees there. No one greeted us when we sat down at the counter to deliberate about our food choices. A younger lady finally took our order, without any expression of friendliness or appreciation in anticipation of getting our business. The order was completed relatively quickly. The man who made it placed our completed drinks on the counter with nothing said. No "Thank you, we appreciate business, yall come back NOTHING!!! Interestingly enough, before we left, a delivery came through the back door and the same man smiled broadly and spoke to the delivery man cheerfully with a loud "Good morning". Now I and my wife are African American, the delivery man was Caucasian. More importantly we were paying customers and deserve to be appropriately greeted and treated well. We could've chosen to go elsewhere but we came there. We were very disappointed by this experience. I will probably not revisit this location again. I wonder was this an isolated incident or is this a pattern at this location. This is not a good look for your company or your product brand.

There was a man at the register (didn't get his name) he didn't say a word to me nor smiled. I said hey,smiled, and ordered, so I didn't understand the attitude. Not a "Hey, what can I get you" nor a "would you like a receipt?" He just walked away after handing me my receipt without a single word
