There is a pleasant, relaxing family atmosphere. The owners are lovely and attentive. When I revisit Charlotte, I will definitely eat here.

This place was pretty southern and it felt like home. The catfish was nice and hot right out of the fryer. Eggs were cooked just like I liked them. Would def go back.

Very nice and cozy place. Food was great. Great portions. Pancakes were big and fluffy. Recommended.

A Charlotte favorite and longtime locally owned restaurant that truly keeps the spirit of southern Greek-American cuisine alive!

Anne was also a fabulous server, between a Sunday-morning breakfast service and a mid-afternoon Wednesday, she was as sweet and accommodating as she was thoughtful and took great care of us (including someone with high-needs due to several different medical issues at present).

Food was good but more expensive than the closeby similar reataurant. But hey, they were open and I tried it. Veggies omelet without cheese was good. The side item of sliced tomatoes lacked flavor and were sliced very thin like from a high volume sub shop.

Always a great experience when I go there.

It’s a nice restaurant to bring your family and friends for breakfast, dinner, and lunch. The staff and servers are very friendly and and it’s not so busy in there in the morning when I walk in. The food was great specially the creamy grits. I don’t know how they me a creamy but it was very good.

Kid-friendliness: When I walk in they were a couple of children and the restaurant. So it is very kids friendly.

I had forgotten about this diamond in the rough. It is better than I remembered..

I ordered a 4 vegetable plate and was surprised at the quantity. The quality was even better. And the price? BETTER STILL!

Four large vegetable selections with two bread servings for $12. I didn’t even get through 50% yet.

I had green beans, mac n cheese, fried squash and pickled beets. All were good. I will be going weekly at least.

The owner told two older black women they couldn’t use the speakerphone on their cell phone because it was disturbing other customers. Totally inappropriate.

This place is definitely worth going to the harder side of town for, food was great and the service was top also.

We have came here a few times and normally we would tip but my last trip we wasn't able to. The owner went out of his way to yell at me and my coworkers in front of the whole restaurant for not tipping. He is rude and disrespectful, tipping is NOT required and definitely not mandatory It was very disrespectful to yell at customers in their face because of a tip. And then he processed to tell us to get out and not comeback if we aren't going to tip, as if we normally don't tip which is not true. Food is good, servers are nice but the owner is VERY disrespectful to women and needs to do better.
