I wasn’t able to eat because a man there had a nasty attitude at the front counter. I came in with my sister and her kids and he was real nasty saying he was going to refuse service because of her kids. So I kindly told the guy I will not eat here I don’t want it. The man refused service to my sister who did nothin or said nothin. VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL

Tried Tryon house out for my birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! Food was amazing, came out very quickly and our waitress Keleigh was fast and very sweet! I recommend the turkey and dressing! It was delicious!

The breakfast at the Tryon House was excellent, I didn't think that I was going to find something to eat, because I have been fasting since Lent. But they had fish, grits and eggs. I chose a spinach omelette and grits, it was so good.?? So, if you are a vegan, or just fasting they have everything there for you.?Vegetarian options: This restaurant has all kinds of veggies, beans and baked potatoes. So you do have options.Parking: They have plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is kid friendly, they have children high chairs, to help in any way they can.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for wheelchairs.

I have found the gyro I’ve been searching for. Nice pita, the lamb and a nice bit but not over the top with the spice along with the tzatziki was dynamite. All at a very affordable price.I also started with a complementary potato soup. A tiny bit of fresh green onion chopped over the top would have given it a nice contrast but beggars can’t be choosers.Overall: hidden gem.

Requested extra extra crispy liver mush & it was not cooked as requested at all, mentioned to the waitress and the cook stated that it will always be super soft inside and that it was no way to make crispy. My husband orders alot of liver mush when we go out to eat breakfast food at different restaurants & THIS ONE BY FAR WAS THE WORST EVER, it just looked like it wasn't done at all. And the response to the dissatisfied order was not at all the correct response. Offer to redo order or pick another item on menu or just simply refund money. I ordered grilled pork chops and I also was not satisfied, pork chops looked and tasted imitation. I would not recommend eating at this particular restaurant EVER.
