Man this place have been the best breakfast place I’ve been to in Charlotte. They have great Customer Service Skills, The Food and Great, and the prices are low. Me and my son will go at least 2-3 times a week when I don’t have to work.

The food here sucks. I have no idea why people come here. This was my first and last time. My steak was raw on most of it and ends cooked. I don't know how that's possible. The bread was the only thing ok. My girlfriend got sausage and gravy biscuits and gravy was like wall paper paste thick and like glue. The scrambled eggs with cheese was pathetic with cheese was not mixed in and eggs were weird. Overall it was not worth 50 plus for what we ordered.

Absolutely the worst food and service I’ve ever had. Mashed potatoes were several days old. Mac n cheese was old Ham & Cheese club had NO cheese And the tomatoes were very small like goes in a salad. Service was poor, Had to ask for tea and the glass was empty ( maybe the server was blind) 28.00 for a veg plate and a ham & cheese sub and 1 tea. 25 yrs ago it was great. Its not worth stopping anymore

I would go here all of time, multiple times a week. The food is delicious and priced well. Unfortunately, I was treated awful by the manager on the phone. I called, and there was something wrong with their phone so they couldn’t hear me, and then I called a second time and he immediately picked up and was really rude because he thinks someone is calling and not speaking, when their phone is just messed up. I was astonished at how rude he was because THEIR phone is messed up and he couldn’t even hear me.
