I've been going to this restaurant for many many many years never lets me down. Food is excellent The staff is amazing.

Last night after leaving the hair salon I stopped by Tsuki for a quick bite to eat. I ordered the hibachi chicken and shrimp. I never received eating utensils so I asked for them. The utensils were half clean so I asked for plastic wear. Food arrives and I’m half way finished when I noticed a hair in my food. I was done at that moment. I told the waitress Michelle of this issue and even showed it to her. I said I was done and she took my plate only to return later to say she would take the beverage off my order but would still charge me full price for the food. (It wasn’t the beverage that was compromised, it was my food!) Michelle’s action not only lacked poor customer service, but the audacity to think I still should pay the complete price on a dinner I didn’t even finish eating because there was a “hair” in! I’ve never had an issue with Tsuki’s food as I frequent there quite often, so it was very surprising to find hair in my food. I wasn’t looking for my meal to be fully comp, but Michelle could have offered half off for my dinner or a voucher to return. The service and food were totally unacceptable and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

We were a party of 6 and had hibachi.
Our chef was funny and entertaining. The lady that sat us and took our order was a disaster.
Every time she asked for our order, I started out for myself or my child. She didn't even look at me, she just said she starts on the other side and looked annoyed the entire time. This happened 3 times, after that I didn't even say anything anymore.
I thought maybe it's just me that feels attacked, but even my husband and SIL said she was extremely rude. She never smiled or even tried to act friendly.
I would not recommend dining in. The server destroyed our experience and this was the first time we tried this place. I would not come back just because of her.

Don’t go here for sushi. I’m guessing it’s a hibachi focused restaurant because the sushi was mostly avocado, bland, and pricey. The salmon nigiri was fishy, the cocktails were disappointing, this place is probably meant for nonalcoholic families with small children for the display at the hibachi tables, nothing substantial beyond that.

I work in the office park across the street and get lunch here very often. The food and atmosphere is about what you’d expect, but the service is what keeps me coming back every week. The staff here really makes you feel like family, many thanks to Michelle and Yuki for always making my dining experience a warm and friendly one. Highly recommend the lunch bento boxes.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken bento box with sushi. I also ordered edamame. The bento box was supposed to come with a miso soup. After 20 minutes, my meal my came out. No soup or edamame. The teriyaki chicken was rubbery. I got sashimi instead of the extra sushi. I asked for my miso soup and when I took a sip of it, I almost couldn’t stand to swallow. The waitress was watching me take a sip of the soup. It tasted liked a chemical. I’ve had miso soup probably 100x in my life, and this was easily the worst. I honestly think there was something in there. My sprite was also very flat and tastes like the soda lines had never been cleaned. It was also almost $40 for just me. I never leave bad reviews, but yikes. Also all the workers were outside smoking cigarettes.

My experience with the food was excellent, thanks to the chef, who proved to be a true professional. Besides preparing delicious dishes, they were very kind, patient, and added a touch of humor while answering our questions, which made the lunch a warm and pleasant experience.Unfortunately, the service provided by the waiter did not match the quality of the food. While filling my glass with water, they spilled it on the table, soaking my phone, without offering a proper apology. Later, when serving the soups and salads, some of the contents spilled outside the plate. Instead of replacing the dishes, they simply cleaned up and left, which was disappointing. These mistakes and the lack of attention to detail impacted the overall experience, which is why my rating is two stars.

We love this place, it's our go to sushi restaurant, and the teppanyaki section is good too if we're in the mood for it. Never had a bad meal or bad service there.

Food was good, can't lie. But Even though I have a baby don't rush me. I did not come in 5 minutes to close so why the rushed feel. They just needed to chill more. Or one suggestion change your hours of operation. The food isn't cheap so don't rush me is all I'd say. Plus it's Saturday CHILL.

This place has no character. No proper greet as I walked in as if i didnt belong there. Older lady waiter Michelle act as if she is impatient. Turned and walked away without saying anything when i wanted to double check something on the menu with her.
When i first received my food, she never stopped to check if I needed anything else.
Before i was done eating, she brought the bill and sat it on my table. When she seen my plate was about empty, she rushed over to pick up all my plates, but didnt ask if i needed a to go box for my salad and soup, in which the salad wasnt touched.
Then she had the nerve to ask me if i wanted more water in my glass when the whole table is cleared off.
When leaving, the other worker at front desk didnt even say Thank you, Bye, have a nice day.
The salty hibachi chicken dinner wasnt worth the $20 price. Especially with that type of service.
