Great food with a great ambiance. Food took a little long to get there but it was so tasty

So we arrived early and was told they were “cleaning” tables, there were 10+ tables empty, so since we were early we sat at the bar no big deal. The host (guy) came and ask us if we wanted a table outside of the bar and we told him yes. He told us a few minutes and we never saw him again. We felt like we were an inconvenience for the bar people to take care of as they did a poor job keeping out drinks filled (sodas) and checked on us very little. I really like your restaurant but this will be the last time I eat at your Charlotte location. I know staffing can run short and customers may have to wait a little more but what we experienced was ridiculous.

It was a mediocre experience. Food was ok and served in a timely fashion. Staff was friendly, and when asked would respond to us. Not sure I would eat there again.

Hostess was obviously aggravated and snippy because we asked for a booth rather than a table )most of them were empty and the restaurant had few patrons). The food was mediocre at best and took a long time to arrive after ordering. The sanitation grade is a very low A (90.5) which is concerning and was noticed after the fact. The best thing about this experience was the excellent server (Monay?) who was professional and attentive.

We waited 20 mins as we request a few times to be waited on after we were placed at a table. 50 minutes after ordering we still did not have our food. We were told they had no idea how much longer it would take. At that point we had to leave hungry to get to a show we had tickets for. It was a terrible experience and restaurant was not even full!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our order and leave in a rush after waiting an hour for our food. We indicated that we had a show to catch prior to placing our orders. Waited an hour, and there was still no sign of the order. Our waitstaff told us it would be about ten more minutes. We had to leave. Not the first time this has happened to us. I wouldn't recommend if you're trying g to catch a show next door. Very slow service from the kitchen.

Tupelo Honey never disappoints. The food is so, so good and the service is exemplary! We highly recommend, but do make reservations before your visit! There is always a long wait!!

We booked a reservation for 10 on a Wednesday evening, and had no issues being seated or waited on. We had to pay $6 per half hour at the parking garage we found though. Little to no parking in the area.

We sat at the bar for drinks and apps. It was a great little place for mimosas and Bloody Marys. Would definitely visit again!

This is the BEST hi Ken and waffle I have ever had totally recommend! Actually feel free to order anything on the menu because the food is delish!! Then there is the Shrimp and Grits omg! The sweet potato pancake! Just try just try! Once in Charlotte NC you gotta get there! The staff is exceptional! Friendly! Willing! Very accommodating!

Excellent time after a Carolina Panthers win with great food, friends & family. The outdoor seating area is very nice except for the three times street we were interrupted by homeless people asking for money because we were outside.

Service was terrible. Reservation for 10:30 didn't get sat until 11, not greeted until 11:15, waited 45 minutes for our meal. server came to our table twice the entire time, quellia was her name. food was mediocre. ordered and charged for a diet coke, never got it. had to ask another serve for our bill. and the health score was a 90 ?? it cost $130 for 3 people to eat and i genuinely think i would've had a better experience at the mcdonald's on sugar creek.

Not remarkable. Sunday evening and it was a ghost town. Service very slow despite no customers.

Had dinner here with friends in town for a Real Estate conference, setting reservations was easy, service was personable and great! I got the chicken Cobb salad, it was the perfect size and delicious!
