FANTASTIC BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE!!I recently enjoyed a delightful breakfast at this restaurant a couple of months ago, and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish! The service was prompt, and our waiter was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The food itself was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Each dish was prepared to well, and it was evident that careful attention was paid to the quality and presentation of the food.Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience here, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a warm and inviting atmosphere. I look forward to returning again soon!

The food was ok, service ok, and atmosphere ok. Nothing special. The food was on the bland side and not as hot as it should have been. We kept wondering where our server was.

We finally tried real fried chicken! In its most diverse exaltations, various mixes of spices and sauces, we always had the perception of an excellent product, well fried and never overly seasoned.Accompanied by excellent waiters in our dinner, we delighted, and the chicken was not the only protagonist.Vegetables, tomatoes and more, all revisited (and often pleasantly fried) seasoned with abundance.Last note: if you want to drink beers or the like, always remember an identity document... ?Enjoy it!Dietary restrictions: I don't think it's the best target for vegetarians

Very good breakfast experience! They took us right away even though we were 5 min late. We did go in right at 9am opening time though. I dug in my food so fast I forgot to take pictures. The goat cheese grits are AMAZING!!! Our waitress was really attentive and thorough. We did have to wait a little longer for our food than expected, but it was well worth it. The waffles are sooo good with their amazing syrup. The only horrible part was trying to find parking. We found street parking as they don't have a dedicated deck and they don't validate. Street parking is only free on Sundays, but Saturdays it's around $3, which still isn't bad. Uptown Charlotte has upgraded to online parking, so it was a quick process... but parking in general is never a great experience. The food was worth the parking inconvenience, though! Will definitely visit again!

Yesterday, I decided to go to Tupelo Honey for lunch and I ordered the cob salad with honey balsamic vinaigrette! This was the best salad I’ve ever had! The veggies were fresh, crisp, and delicious! My server was Cameron, who provided excellent service… super friendly and served with urgency! The manager came around to check on everyone dining in. I believe his name is Darnell! I truly enjoyed myself while dining there during my lunch break! I enjoyed it so much I went back today and EVERYTHING was the same as yesterday!!! Great food, great service, and great atmosphere! Cameron and Darnell helped me to get signed up for their rewards program, which gave me an instant $5 coupon! That’s definitely a win for me?
Tupelo Honey makes delicious food, has excellent service and cares about community. They went above and beyond to make sure the educators that we sent to them were taken care of and made to feel special. Special thanks to Darrell Bennett for your hospitality and generosity! We will definitely be back. If you are considering this location, you won't be disappointed.

Our experience was bitter sweet. The bathrooms were unsanitary. The floors were sticky. The host was very pleasant. The managers were extremely friendly and professional. The crispy brussel sprouts were sthe star of the show.

Generally good decor and I liked the vibe. Server was okay; seemed to dislike serving. As in, we couldn’t get their attention to order drinks after we ordered food. Food took a long time. I got avocado toast, and it came with mixed greens. The eggs that came with it were cooked perfectly, the avocado toast was really good, but the mixed greens were hot? I was afraid to eat it because that didn’t seem right. I’ve never had hot romaine lettuce with dressing on it. Anyway, the cocktail I ordered was very good. So overall, and OK experience. But something about serving hot salad makes me think of food poisoning.

A friend recommended Tupelo Honey Cafe as a convenient, as well as tasty, restaurant to have a meal before a concert at the Blumenthal Theatre. I made reservations on the website, arrived on time, had a wonderful meal, great service, (thanks to Chauncey)and enjoyed a conversation with the host. I will definitely go again!
