One of the best gelatos I have had in Charlotte! The shop is cute especially because of the Vespa set up as part of the decor! Love everything about this little shop :)
The gelato was delicious, and I really enjoyed the variety of flavors they had to offer. However, the customer service was just okay. I was disappointed that they wouldn’t let me use the restroom because they had already cleaned it and closed it for the day—this was at least an hour and a half before closing time, which seemed unnecessary. Overall, great gelato, but the service could use some improvement.

The girl working had no idea what she was doing. The Carmel frappe wasn’t good and she was frazzled and stressed out. Had to call someone to get a recipe for the drink. Don’t recommend.
