The gelato was delicious, and I really enjoyed the variety of flavors they had to offer. However, the customer service was just okay. I was disappointed that they wouldn’t let me use the restroom because they had already cleaned it and closed it for the day—this was at least an hour and a half before closing time, which seemed unnecessary. Overall, great gelato, but the service could use some improvement.
Adorable gelato shop! I walked in and was greeted immediately, offered samples and given recommendations. The gelato I went with (orange/chocolate… I can’t remember what it’s called!) was delicious!
Definitely the best ice cream in Charlotte, or better said, the best gelato. I love the charming atmosphere and the impeccable service. The gelato is wonderful and they also offer sorbet options.
