Good choice if you want a burger and fries on campus. Pricey for what it is but very filling. Nothing spectacular, better than the dining halls burgers. Very simple menu, but don’t want for anything more than what is provided. This is also a suitable restaurant for vegans, vegetarians and gluten avoiding persons. The “Veggie” option on the patty choices is an Impossible Burger and is vegan.Vegetarian options: There is an Impossible Burger on the menu, listed as “Veggie”, that is suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free buns available. Vegan option availableWheelchair accessibility: This building, kiosk, and pickup counter are wheelchair accessible.

The pizza is my favorite here but they are always out of drinks. For how much we pay to eat, you would think they would have drinks and

The ice cream machine is always broken. The sauteed pasta is amazing and the only redeeming part of going to this place. The rest of the food tends to be pretty boring. The omelettes are okay if the line isn't too long, though the eggs come pre scrambled and in clear bags that they cook on the grill or pan. The regular meals are pretty hit or miss. Sometimes the tables and seats fill up at peak hours.Vegetarian options: They do offer some limited vegetarian offerings and do have a salad bar, tofu, and sometimes cooked vegetarian meals. They will cook veggie burgers if asked and if they're serving burgers that period.Dietary restrictions: They do offer some allergy free foods that avoid common allergens.

Hello Audience. I am a student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I've eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 3 years here now and I can say with confidence that the dining experience at Charlotte varies wider than the red sea when Moses stabbed the earth with his snake stick. Some days, it's impossible to get any silverware, or a sweet refreshing beverage that my college-consumer minded person requires. The over population during high eating hours at this establishment make the eating experience similar to that of high traffic rush hour in Philadelphia, fresh off of winning a championship. The food presentstion can sometimes be distasteful to nauseating, and the lines can be as long as Disneyland on a well-sought-after holiday. While I am very understanding of establishments battling with the rowdy task of maintaining a sufficient number of staff members. It is unacceptable that their struggles are as undercommunicated as they are. On the bright side, a common favorite at this establishment is the Buffalo chicken pizza as well as the hamburger pizza. Occasionally for special events, they will increase the staff to over capacity and they will bring in extra chefs. The food presentation during these special events usually creates a warm, welcoming environment that truly capitalizes on the authentic college experience that us as students crave to create for our own. Some of my fondest memories are coming to these special events with my friends and trying all of the new and unique food. So overall, while there are glaring problems that need to be dealt with, this particular establishment gets a little bit too much backlash that does not represent to brilliance and beauty of this school and community.

Every Sunday for breakfast I get sausages at the hot flats station only to be yelled at by a man who wears a hat and glasses for taking “too many sausages” from a buffet? He said that I can only take 4 at a time (I had 5) and I tried to explain that if I sat down and came back it would be the same amount of sausage and he was not having it and continued yelling at me saying “it’s not the same” and went on to follow me out of his station to continue yelling at me. Additionally, he yells at other students for “taking too long” to get their food.

this place is absolutely terrible, workers are completely disrespectful and ignorant to customers. They close down certain food areas when is not near close. They close at 8:30 and it said stir fry was on the menu and closed down wayyyyyy to early. The customers need to be compensated.

Employees were great, very nice and they communicate with the customers and the place was very clean.

If you have the UNC meal plan you scan your student ID. If not don't worry you can still get in you just have to pay $10.98 and it's buffet style usually not too crowded
