My wife and I, as well as our adult children, and friends have all eaten here many times. The quality of ingredients, the creative synthesis of flavors and textures, and the culinary experiences are always superb. We have never had less than a great experience. Fantastic cocktails and deserts as well.

We were super disappointed with our experience at Vana. We were in at night (a Saturday) to celebrate my birthday and have been wanting to try it out for a while now. It was not busy at all and we were excited to get some drinks and apps. When we sat down and our server took our drink orders, it took over 30+ minutes just to get drinks. We were so confused as the place was empty and we look over and see our server and the bartenders arguing about making our drinks. The bar tenders continued to serve the bar 2+ drinks each and stood around not wanting to make our tables. There were even two bar tenders and both just looked after their own people. I understand they are probably tipped by people at the bar, but everyone seated at a table was just waiting on drinks for the longest time. Once we finally got our drinks, we tried to quickly order another round and was told the bar tender wasn’t making certain drinks anymore. We take a look at the bar, and the drinks that were “no longer being made” were being made for a group at the bar! We felt so bad for our server as he was fighting to get a drinks in a basically empty place, but we could tell he was defeated and just brought our check. Super bummed we couldn’t even order food.
Incredible meal and service. This just became our go-to spot when friends and family come to town. If you are debating coming here, just do it.

Had a great experience overall, dry aged strip with chimichurri was epic! All small plates and daily pizza were fantastic. Mark, the manager, suggested a good wine to pair with our steaks. He was also engaged with the overall operation and handled a tough situation with professionalism and hospitality. I highly recommend this establishment!
