The cuts they use for bbq pork and roast pork leaves much to be desired.The roast pork with crispy skin is not pork belly. So the meat is dry and tougher.The bbq pork does seems to be correct (fatty pork shoulder), but not enough char and ample amounts of red food coloring.

Think about why roast pork is sold so lean and then no one dares to come back. No mind at all.

flavor was okay, wish it was bigger with more variety.

The guy at the counter had no gloves on when he chopped the meat up for my order. Then he proceeded to pick his nose! Absolutely disgusting. Never ever going back here.

This is the only place that I know of that serves pig intestines using "Pah Lo" seasoning. It is cheaper if you pay cash. I always spend about $20 when I come here. It is worth it though. It is a niche shop. I am thankful to have found it, but it isn't for everybody.

This place is great. They're probably the most consistent with these type of dishes/protein dishes that they offer. I make an hour drive just to come here about 1x a month. I haven't anything from here that wasn't fresh and flavorful.There's probably only a couple of places in Charlotte that sells this type of food such as roast pork, steamed chicken, roast duck, and etc. People can complain and etc, but there's just not many options especially when it comes to trying to find steamed chicken.The service here is great though. And the people here are very nice.The only downsides to this place are the prices. I understand that everything has gone up due to inflation but the prices are pretty high, so expect to pay a pretty penny.

In my humble opinion, these people don’t know what’s traditional Chinese BBQ is, the crispy pork was not crispy and the taste wasn’t right, one of the worst I’ve ever bought from a restaurant, and the roast duck was not good either, these people don’t even know the right way to chop up the duck, so I won’t be coming back. Further more after I spoke with my son, I found out they changed $40.00 for a roast duck, and over $19. Per pound for the crispy pork, he asked for one duck and two pounds of crispy pork and he spent $100.00, and they don’t provide you a receipt. Well you be the judge, are they over charged or not. I will never return thanks.

Man it’s in Central Ave, but the best food be in the HOOD you feel me. The duck i got from here was amazing. My mom and gf wanted the vit quay so i went and got it for them. The price is high, but it’s worth it. Took it home, and tell me why I had like 2 pieces and my mom and gf killed the whole thing. Mind you my girl don’t eat as much, but she ate it up that day. Yes, it’s pricey but the duck was SOOOO flavorful. Great investment. ? I would’ve gotten a photo, but didn’t get the chance to because it was gone before I could. ?

Best duck in Charlotte hands down.

Ducks are fabulous and tasty

Always a great place to come get ducks and roast pig. Sadly it’s become very expensive to enjoy this as often as I wanted to. I’m am pleased with this style of bbq ducks! You can’t find good bbq ducks like this in NC!
