I came in to get an order 30mins before close and they wouldn’t let me and my partner order to-go. I work in the service industry and I’d understand if it was 15min before close but 30min before your scheduled closing time is ridiculous. How do you guys run a business like this?!?!

I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich. The bread was very soggy from the tomato sauce and I couldn’t pick it up as a sandwich. I dined in so I ate it right after it was brought to me and it was still very soggy. I think the bartender saw how soggy my sandwich looked like and he brought me a fork. I probably wouldn’t eat there again. Also the sauce tasted like canned sauce without a lot of spice or cheese and didn’t have a lot of flavor. For 19 dollars, it wasn’t very good. Everyone who works there is very nice, and it was a good customer service experience though.

We had date night here while visiting the area and really enjoyed our experience. The food was great, and the atmosphere was nice, but what stood out most was the service we received from Jada. Although she mentioned she was new, we would’ve never known if she hadn’t said so—she was friendly, attentive, and stepped in when she noticed no one had come to assist us. Her warm personality truly made our night, and thanks to her, we’ll definitely be returning soon!

I placed a to go order for fettuccine Alfredo, an Americano pizza and a bbq chicken pizza. I was not greeted walking in when no one was in the establishment. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she seemed like she did not want to be there. I told her I had a pickup order and she handed me my order without saying ANYTHING else. Customer service was a 0/5 if I could have. I got home and opened everything and there was no sauce on my fettuccine alfredo and I received Buffalo chicken pizza instead of my bbq one. I called the restaurant and I’m sure it was the same girl who was working and she answered the phone and was mumbling the whole time and barely a word was heard. She said a refund will be issued for the pizza so I guess I’ll see. Overall I don’t think I’ll be back.

I have been here many times before. But this time food was terrible. Ordered two simple dishes. First time it was undercooked so sent it back. Next time it was too much salt. So didn't eat and throw away.

We love dining at Bella Ciao! We were seated at a table next to a door open to busy N. Tryon St., which was perfect for watching people pass by. Our server from the bar was outstanding as was the food. Since we came early due to tickets to the theater, receiving excellent service was no problem. A wonderful dining experience all around.
I loveee this place, the portions are always huge and you always end up taking a full meal home for later. The service is great and so are the drinks!! The lighting is low and its very quiet and they have so many versatile options on seating. 10/10 would recommend!!

Stopped in for lunch with some co-workers. They were so friendly and brought us some good bread til the food was ready. Had the Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza...it was so good. I could tell everything was made fresh. I even saw the guy in the back making all the pasta noodles. That was pretty cool. We will definitely be back.

Me, my husband and another couple stopped here for dinner before going to The Spectrum Center. Great choice. Food was tasty! Our waiter, Timothy was pleasant and patient with us. We will be going back!

Had a great time at The Bella Ciao. Very delicious Cajun shrimp pasta and the Oreo Nutella Cheesecake is amazing. Service was fast and friendly. Very nice patio. Would return.
