I went here before a show on 3/30/24. I ordered their pretzel and wings which were both tasty, however when the girl who was our food runner brought out my order, I pointed out to her that it looked like the beer cheese was missing from the pretzel. She mentioned that the kitchen must have forgot it and "I can go get it inside at the counter." First world problem, but excuse me, I was outside on the patio and just paid $20 for food and an item is missing that quite frankly you should have noticed when you brought it out. If you're working in the hospitality industry, at least provide some level of hospitality. I suspect this poor level of service can happen since when I ordered food, it was added to my tab at the bar and therefore the food runner probably was not incentivized to go out of their way for me. At the time I did not want to have to wait inline inside or cut the people waiting in line inside to order food at the food counter. I think this would have been appropriate for the food runner to handle.

Have been a patron since they opened, was refused to be served anymore after one drink last night (around 7:00pm) because we were too loud. Rude bartenders and the manager refused to come talk to us and explain. There were maybe 4 other people in there, it was a ghost town. Interesting….

The wings were bland and over charred for my taste, the totchos were good and the jack frozen lemonade was good as well. My bill was a little higher than expected, they don’t have drink prices listed.

Came here for a few drinks before a concert, we got a beer and a mixed drink. The service was wonderful and the pretzel was cooked to perfection! Definitely a great place to stop before any show/concert!
Bartender was slow and got my order wrong, food was fast and ok. The best part was that you can bring your dogs to hang out in an outside heated tent.Parking: The restaurant can validate your parking, if the link works.
