My whole family came in for dinner December 23 and a lot of others had the same idea- it was super busy and they seemed short staffed, but that didn’t stop the team from being extremely pleasant and kind. Excellent service, great food.
Vegetarian options: 3 vegetarian tacos, the Nashville tofu is the best!
Best tacos in the city! I love the cauliflower and the buffalo chicken tacos! The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is always a vibe! My go to spot for tacos in the city! 🌮 10/10!!!

This is not let me repeat not your authentic mexican taco restaurant. We liked the flavors of the tacos and the fusion they have. It is different but good. The flavors are hard to describe. Although not my favorite place I would still say you should try it for yourself at least once. The only negative I can think of is the meat on chimichurri steak wasn't tender. The elote (corn) was good as well as the queso blanco. Service was fast the gentleman was helpful and friendly. We both got a two taco combo.

What I love about VT? My kids YAAAAY!!!! The smiles and giggles that turns into hmmm, yummm, lips smacking, licking lips and fingers. Most of all EVERYTIME we have Velvet Taco my kids and I are grateful for the Manager Bessie… I mean B! She’s always smiling, helpful funny and just a joy to this Franchise in particular! B needs a Raise/Promotion. She knows her job and clearly loves it! Thanks B for everything you do and being an awesome Human Being. 🫶🏾 this review is long over due!!!
